Can Miro import diagrams from Lucid Chart? Thanks, MB
Some newbies on Miro get lost through all the possibilities. It would be very handy to be able to switch on and off the visibility of the buttons, so participants see only the options they realy need. The facilitator (owner of the board) should be able to change these settings. It will boost the flow and adoption of Miro.
As a moderator, I want to actively control when users can see what other users are writing As a participant, I do not want others to see what I write. Take a look at private mode at mural
Hey guys, When we use images and link them to create flows, replacing an image forces us to re-link all the connections to each page again. I think It would help save a lot of time if we could replace the image via Paste while the image is selected I do hope you consider this simple feature for your future implementations. Thanks
Please add Giphy animated GIF GIFs support with autoplay.Mural is really killing it here
I would like to be able to easily anchor connection arrows from an object back onto itself. For example the state diagram below: The problem I am having, is that the layout tools do not provide me with the blue endpoints to anchor the arrow head when I try to point the connection back onto the same object. Is there something I’m missing? If not, don’t you think this would be valid functionality to allow full anchoring of the connectors for self-connecting objects?
It would be great to be able to use Miro to create flowchart in the BPMN language and optimize my company's processes. Is there any possibility of doing this?
It would be very helpful for Miro to either have a spell checking facility or integrate to a service such as Grammarly. As obviously you only spot your mistakes when either presenting your frames or printing them out for review! Cheers Robert
Would be great to have automated backups overnight to a nominated Google Drive account (or similar account). BTW, if you did do this, it should only use the permission that gives Miro the ability to view and edit files it creates - NOT general ability to access all of my Google drive.
I would love a way to select a group of stickies that are all over the place and create a smooth grid. I know you can align and distribute horizontally/vertically, but when they are all over the place there is no way to quickly align them.
Similar to another, slightly less popular digital whiteboard, it would be nice to have a confetti/celebration effect to celebrate milestones, birthdays, achievements, never-ending-stories, etc.To start, this would be a simple action that any team member could execute. Here’s an example:Thanks to @Floor Verschure for posting about this. And to @mlanders for his supporting idea as a way to automate the trigger of this (and other) action vote for @mlanders idea here → Triggered automatic / Automatic action
When importing a template to a board, Miro adds the frames to the beginning of the frames list not the end, which seems odd. This means when importing a 20 frame template into a 30 frame board, you have to manually move 20 frames individually to the end of the frame order list. This is a very laborious and time consuming. The ability to shift click frames in the list and drag them all at once would be much better.
ProblemI often get email notifications for a comment that I have been tagged in. I then go read it, but don’t have time to attend to it immediately and then forget to respond because the comment disappears into the sea of other comments. WorkaroundsI mark the email notification as unread.I sometimes change the colour of the comment to remember to get back to it. The problem is that everyone on the board uses a different colour comment, so it doesn’t stand out. SolutionIt would be super if I could ‘mark a comment as unread’ for myself, so that the red number reappears I can get back to it later.
Hi there, I love the Kanban format - the only thing I’m missing is a keyboard shortcut to expand a card - would be great if this could be added please Many thanks, Gordon
Ability to @mention in a sticky note versus having to add a comment and add to a sticky note.
As mentioned here: https://community.miro.com/got-a-question-ask-the-community-45/hide-expose-sticky-content-private-mode-in-mural-2678#I feel that Miro is missing a key feature for facilitating workshops. As a facilitator i'd like to enable users to enter their contributions privately (without showing the contents to the group) until the facilitator reveals all of them at once. (Private mode in mural and other tools). With the current way of working contributors are likely to be distracted and/or can be influenced by the input of others. In a retrospective it is key that participants can work on their input in a focused and non biased input.
I would love to be able to mention myself in comments by using @meThis is helpful for reminders to come back and wrap up a task, or include myself in the comments.
Unlike regular templates, community templates open in a new board and have to be copied to an existing board and the new board deleted. Please make it possible to use community templates directly in the boards we navigated from
I wish templates from the Miroverse could just be copied and pasted directly into the board you are working on versus opening up in a new board.
Relating to a previous thread created by @Colin Hewitt: https://community.miro.com/got-a-question-ask-the-community-45/create-a-mask-with-a-shape-516?postid=2512#post2512 The ability to create a mask of an image (for example a square profile photo) into a circle
