When doing evaluations, it would be nice if people could add anonymous stickies. You can turn off the cursors, but it still show who made the note.
Truly anonymous stickies would enable people to add things they feel more awkward about, just like the leader leaving the room during a “live” whiteboard session would facilitate.

I voted for this idea nevertheless - would be great to have anonymity, even just for stickies.
This is absolutely critical to ensure that people feel able to speak up. Also it reduces “copying” where you see others’ stickys and write the same thing, or avoid it and thus miss a nuanced rewording.
