Removing the ability to signup / add name for visitors

Hi
We have been using Miro for quite some time however one of our large clients that we use Miro in the virtual classroom in zoom for has said they do not want us to use Miro anymore due to the fact their staff can put their names in or its asks them to sign up. Is there a way of turning off the feature in public links to sign up or put their name. We know we can allow anyone with the link can edit and then amend the sharing settings to say do not add name. but it still comes up with sign up for free etc. our client due to security does not want the staff accessing any of that.


Is there any other way around it. thanks

@Cegos Admin - It is not possible to remove the “sign up” marketing ads. You may want to upvote this Wish List idea post:

Removing prompt to enter name

You may be able to remove the initial popups around “entering a name” (and email) by changing this setting to visitors “can’t: enter their names:
