The timer doesn’t start!

As of today, I can’t find sticky note size selection in the contextual menu. Is this a bug or a (bad) feature?Working in Edge.No size selection in sticky note menu 

I experienced the same issue with Miro App on iPad these 2 weeks as many of your in the community.iOS 18.1iPad Air (4th Generation)In my Maths lesson, I have uploaded a PDF with around 40 pages. It was really smooth before. I tried to delete 30 pages and all the written contents. The app still told me the board is too large.I have tired to delete the app and re-install it. It has still happened. It really drives me crazy.Can you please help with my case?Thanks.

We have been working in a Miro board for the last 5 months but when we accessed it today, the baord is completely empty, all of the information that was in the board has disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve it or can someone explain why this might be please? Thank you.

Hello allI’ve created a template for our company which we want to use for each project. We have around 25 workers and work on diffrent HVAC projects, where interaction for deadlines are key, since we’ve to coordinate with each other and external parties like architects aswell. We’re now exploring the idea of using Miro as our main planner. So far we’re only testing the free version and haven’t tested the paid versions, which we will need to create more boards anyway.The two most important things for our solution are:We want to have an overview of all the tasks a person has from every board, as example in MS Teams We don’t want to have to copy a kanban/jira card and edit them seperatly, they should be linked instead, so if you edit the card it’s edited in the Miro Board and in the overview (a.e. MS Teams)While looking into this the best solution i can imagine is turning the created Kanban Cards into Jira Cards and linking them to a

Hello everyone. Maybe someone can help find out. Will other team members still have access (I previously sent them the ability to edit the file) if my mail stops being active and I (as owner of this file in Miro) go offline for a long time?

When I Use Miro on my phone all works fine but on the tablet i cant view any Boards i was recently on except the ones creared, tried everything and nothing works please help

Our company use Miro for Fashion Design and create a lot of boards that use JPG or PNG for visuals rather than Miros shapes/stickies.Once we drag and drop into Miro images are all different sizes, which have to be manually resized. We use A LOT of images 500+ so this is very time consuming! p.s love miro

I’ve read previous suggestions in the community but the do not work. When I copy a board and paste it to my boar it appears only as a text  in chaotic order not in that which was on the previous board and get a not that I’ve reached the text limit and have to shorten the text or create a new element. In a minute I copy and paste a board from a different user and it’s copied. Any ideas how can I fix it? What is wrong in my actions? 

Hello all!  I’m a test-prep tutor, and I often need to annotate on, and to the sides of, pages of pdf test booklets which the clients then need to be able to save/export and/or print.  I’ll include a pic at the end to illustrate, but what I need is for each page of the uploaded document to get its own frame that:has the relative proportions of a Letter-sized page in Landscape orientation (see image) is centered on the given page of the pdf documentSo far, I’ve successfully learned to:import the pdf file and extract all of its pages onto the board get the pages lined up in a single, vertical column add a frame that includes just one page of the documentHere’s what I don’t have figured out:How to make the frame have exactly the proportions I need? How to ensure the frame and document page are centered on each other...without ruining the vertical alignment of the document pages?

At the moment, I import a PowerPoint file, extract all pages and then manually have to create a frame around each page and size each one individually. Is there a short cut way that if I can do this to the first extracted page and then just apply this size frame to all others?

I thought I was totally prepared for my first workshop facilitation, after getting tips and tricks from users here.  But pretty quickly, during the new user onboarding, someone who was trying to copy and paste stickies copied and pasted a whole (LOCKED) frame. Multiple times. It felt like anarchy. Continuing to facilitate with frustrated, embarrassed new users (don’t know who messed it up) while also cleaning up the board threw me off my game and took the wind out of the session. What did I do wrong or what could I do differently? I am gun shy about going back for round 2 (with some of the same participants).

I am working with my students on a Miro board, and I want to create a frame for each student. I want to rename these frames with the student names, is there a way to do this quickly? (30+ students)

The text on my cards seems to disappear and is not showing. When I click onto the card, the text reappears but will disappear again when I hover away from the card.Is there a fix for this?

Hi to all the miro heros out there!Has anyone had the same issue or an idea what I could do better? I created several frames in a board that has additional content besides the frames. The visual order of the frames is not the same as i want them to ordered while being in presentation mode. I manually reorganized the frames for my needs, but every time I open the board again the order isn’t the same anymore. Is there a way to fix the order or what am I doing wrong? Or in other words is there a logic behind the automatic order of frames in relation to creation time or location of frames in the board? Thx a lot for you ideas,Simon

Hey All!I’m trying to create a story board and want to use stick figures that have easy to move arms & legs.  I know there are vector packs out there, although I’d much rather find an option where we can pivot leg or arm sections at these shoulders, elbows, knees, and hips.Do you know of anything like this which exist for Miro?

Hi, I tried the free version on my phone and have gone to put it on my laptop (because i think it’s a great product) but it doesn’t download. Any tips please?Also Can i use it on multiple devices for example my windows laptop, my ipad and my phone so I can make notes and work wherever I happen to be or can I only sign in on one device? Thanks!

I’ve got a Starter Plan. When a user as a viewer with editor’s rights visits my board, for some of them Pen disappears every time they have to join a board so they have to add it from the list. For most of them Pen is already attached to the toolbar so they don’t have to look for it. However for some even pinning doesn’t help, it still disappears. Different boards, same rights and settings. How to fix it?

My boards were working fine prior to today 11/5/2024. Now when i go to export my boards to PDF it does not show all of the information in the boxes and the boxes are cut off. I have tried the following:Clearing my cache Disable all extensions Restarting my computer Reducing the size to fit zoom 100 percentNothing seems to work. Please help.
