I urgently need your assistance. I’ve paid for a plan, but my account still shows as “Free.” I am unable to use the features I paid for, I cannot cancel or access the paid plan, and I’ve received no way to contact someone directly for help.

I’m currently trying to prepare and deliver a live workshop, and I’ve already lost over an hour trying to resolve this issue. This is time-sensitive and critical to my work. The system shows the payment was successful, but the upgrade has not been applied.

Please help me activate the correct plan as soon as possible. I’m attaching the proof of payment for your reference.
