How to download board with Starter plan?

So I have just updated my MIRO account to a Starter plan which includes being able to download boards with higher resolution. But for some reason when I try to download a board it will not let me

 

Can someone please help me. Is it because when I am on my board I am not my team….

Yes, if the board resides in a Free Plan team, then it cannot be exported in high quality.

You could:

  1. Duplicate the board
  2. Move the duplicate/copy to your paid team
  3. And then export it.

Yes, if the board resides in a Free Plan team, then it cannot be exported in high quality.

  1. Duplicate the board

  3. And then export it.
