Our free team has a main board that we need to ensure stays collaborative and not view-only. Is there a way to pin this board so it will not be auto-reverted to view only? If not, we need that feature, such that reverting to view-only isn’t a function of when the board was created, but of the team’s prioritization of boards.

My colleague attended a practice and joined their team which is a free plan. Now she has created boards with some other colleagues inside our own company, but associated with the practice team, and I’m trying to move the boards, but it seems that the training team has to be a member?

Hi, I have admin rights for our Miro Boards but I am not able to see this screen when I go to the share screen. Do you have to be the owner of the board or a collaborator to be able to see this and to see the advance settings. Thank you in advance, Sharon     

Hi I’m trying to export a board as a pdf or an image.  Mira says it  is exported - but I can’t for the life of me find where it is stored on my laptop.  I’ve looked everywhere including having checked the download folder several times. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Is it correct that there is no celebration /  confetti tool in Miro yet?It would be really helpful to have such a feature. In workshops its always nice to celebrate the end of a section in a workshop. 

Hi Communinity, Does anyone know how long it takes to receive an email from Miro incase you perform a password reset? I would expect that would be more or less instant. But I have a member that didn’t receive any email after 30 min and still hasn’t.

I been using the mobile version bc es more easy and confortable to use from my phone at anytime and everything been normal until today. I uploded a jpg file in my board but i couldn't edit it, like size or move it.  I tried in others boards and it doesn't works...  i know i should use a computer o whatever but i really need to use it from my phone, so if anyone have an idea of how to fix it...    I also restarted my phone and the app, cleared the cache and nothing changes :( Edit: there's no new updates in playstore or something

We are on a free plan, we have only two boards, and one of them, which we need for a public workshop tomorrow - is locked! We have never upgraded our plan. We have had 30 team members on this board, but we expect more of them. Does anyone know what is the problem and how to fix it?

Is there a way as an Admin to see what boards each active member can see and has access to? 

Trying out Miro features and comparing to other options. For some of my work, it is useful to be able to generate Wordle type ‘word clouds’. Is anybody doing this with Miro? I understand that is possible within Stormcloud, for example. Grateful for any wisdom and advice from this community.

Hi, when I try to group these 3 objetcs I can’t. I mean, I can group a sticky note with a connection line (arrow) but when I try to goup with a part of the mind map, the group does not work.I did a whole mind map so I use an arrow whith a sticky note to put “a focus” or “pending” or whatever I need to write in each sticky note on that part of the mind map. So when I add more ideas (lines) to the mand map, the objetive is that the arrow and sticky note move with the mind map line. I cannot group these 3 objects so every time a add more ideas, all the arrows and sticky notes don’t move (are a lot) so I forget with part of thye mind map has the arrow+sticky note.Please help, thank you so much.Roberto

CORRECTION; I CAN`T move more than 1 object at the same time (post-its etc)When I am logged in to Miro I can no longer mark more than 1 objekt in order to move for example more then 1 post it at the same time. It worked before when I used my laptop mouse tracker, but not since I installed my new mouse.No matter how I try to choose the “pointer” i still  get only “the hand” that is just moving the bord around and not any objects. It´s very disturbing. Thank you for any recommendations of how to solve this issue. Best regardsElisabeth 

I created a mindmap in Miro. When I wanted to share it, I tried changing the setting in a way that the other people could only comment on it, not change it. However, not it says I myself have only commenting rights and now I cannot edit my own board. I can’t find an option to change it back and am looking for help. 

As I openend my miro board on my tablet i noticed that on my tablet the emojis are looking much mor better than on my PC. That brought me to the question: What icon does any other user sees when I place an emoji on my board and why are they shown differently:This is shown in my tablet:  This is from my PC:  Got a Radeon RX550 Graphic Card with 4 GB Ram. I cannot imagine that this card shows less details than my Samsung Tab S3  Totally confused.Michael

Wish to save my miro board to google-drive, though google drive is not showing on my export button as an option. Is it not available with the free version?

Hi, everybody.I have been having big troubles working on miro with my IpadPro since the latest ipad os actualizations.The toolbar simply disappears after trying to select a command. Sometimes it appears once more after a time, often not al all. I must close the application and try again, but the problem persists.And often the application freezes...Does anybody have similar troubles?

Hi all,I am a personal and enterprise account user of Miro  and for both use cases, Miro has revolutionised my workflow!As per my Enterprise account, whilst we go through internal processes to get Miro onboarded there was a question in regards to File Uploads to a Miro board and whether restrictions can be placed on the file type or the size of the file uploaded (*)? Is it true that the access to the board by link will last for three years?Can you define for how long the board will remain available for the guest by board link?  

Hi everyone! I'm a paid member but still pretty new to Miro.I noticed that the top right toolbar (with the settings) has somehow disappeared from my board after I saved, shared and reopened it. The only thing left is the search button.Is there a way to bring it back? Thanks,Lieven

Is there any limit to the amount of storage a given project, team, account can use on your servers?  We’ve been testing backups/restores and I see many of our boards are 250MB+ and some are as big as 1GB when downloaded as backup files.  That makes me wonder if we will eventually run into some kind of storage limit. 

Hi folksI am taking a session soon with some students where they will be learning about the Business Model Canvas. I have edited a Miro board to make a good ‘blank’ canvas with some tips in each box to fill in and eventually present back the following week.Can I share the blank canvas so that the students can sign up and edit their own copy of the canvas as opposed to all working on the same canvas together? Now that I’m a registered user I’m not sure of the workflow they’d need to follow to enable this…ThanksChris

Hi there.Group icon and the shortcut cmd + g for grouping objects are not available in the mind map board I created. I am using Safari 14.0. My colleague is working on the same board and she can group icons and text fields. Has anyone an idea how to make the group function available? Please let me know.  

I am using my Miro as a staff training platform. How many people can I invite to a board ? Can they all interact by posting notes etc?

I just upgraded to a two-person team. I am still getting "I have reached my limit of 3 editable boards" message and I just paid for a 2-member upgrade? I do not understand how the upgrades work - I basically want unlimited boards for only ME - I am a prof and lone freelancer. Why do I have to pay for two? Please help. TY
