How long is my data stored in MIRO if I don't delete anything?

Hi,I am opening one of my Miro boards and the blue bar at the top (right below where you type the browser link) stops and freezes about ¾ of the way across my screen. This also causes elements within my Miro board to have this hazy ghosted effect. In addition, I can’t click on those elements. Please help! There are a lot of links that I can’t access in this way. 

 Hopefully the screenshot explains it. Definitely seems like a bug. I can drag the adjacent nodes and the line moves. If I remove either adjacent node, the line goes away.Since I’m a free user trialing Miro, I guess the only way to get in touch with support is to wave here and hope someone notices?

My team is working with a consulting company and we have shared our Miro Boards with them directly  They don’t have access to our corp network, so we’ve manually added their email addresses to the boards as editors.  We are not using the public share links.  They are able to do everything that editors can do, except for using the “Bring Everyone to Me” functionality.  I’ve seen where “Guest Editors” cannot use this function, but our consultants shouldn’t be considered guests as we have added them manually and sent the invites directly to them.  We need to be able to have them bring everyone to me.  They have been able to do this previously.  What do we need to do to make that happen?

Is there a way to change the margins in Sticky notes?  I notice that there is so much wasted space outside of the text between the text and the end of the sticky note and want to know if that space can be lessened. Id much rather give that attention to the size of the font and not blank space,  Get my point?

Hi, accidentally I closed, without saving my last document. is t any way i may recovery it? 

How can I add a shape around a mindmap node that is currently just text?I thought object transformation might be the solution, but I don't see an object transformation option when selecting a node.  Instead I see the node-color selection.

I started a vote with the free trial, and did not capture results before the free trial ended. Can I still access the data?

As of around 11am this morning the two finger pinch for zoom isn’t working. I’ve switched back and forth between navigation modes, closed out and logged back in, but nothing is working. Anyone having this problem? Any fixes?

Hi,I am unable to edit my own boards that I created over the period of few months.I cannot add new boards or edit my own boards. Please let me know how is this possible. Has anyone blocked my access ? If so who has done it. Interesting is that when I send the link to other people they can edit my boards.Please help. Miro is like the air that allows me to live. Without it I am fading away. Thank you in advance.Pawel 

This normally works fine, and I’ve just opened a support request with Miro so hoping it is just a temporary issue but thought I’d check if anyone else has experienced errors recently in restoring RTB backup files? I get a Loading… message for a few minutes and then a “Something went wrong” message.Kiron

 just experiencing problem with the miro (web or app) , I can’’t add any picture by copy paste the image, or via google search or iconfinder. It is just loading and stuck. I tried using different account with different laptop still have the same problem. Note Two laptop :first laptop using windows 10 1909second laptop using windows 10 2004. 

I’m still using the free version, which allows three editable boards at a time. I shared a board with a fellow teacher so that she could see how I use Miro with my English classes. She really liked the website, she she decided to create her own boards for her classes. However, when she created two of her own boards for her own classes, they showed up in my “Team” and locked the boards I’ve been using with my students. The free version of the site allows 3 editable boards at a time per user, right? So how can both of us have three editable boards each, as opposed to the two of us needing to share that limit?

How can I allow team members to edit only a certain area in the miro? Is there such a feature?

Hello, I am working on a group assignment for which I created a board but this morning when I tried opening the url with a shortcut I created it says it has been deleted.The same message for everyone else on my team who tries to enter the board. I can’t find any trace of it ever existing at all, so I can’t restore it from my trash.Can anyone help? We have a presentation tomorrow and it is very much needed..

This calendar view shown below is my favorite for long term planning. I would love to have it in a Miro board. Before I embark on creating 365+ little boxes and aligning them, do any Miro wizards out there have any suggestions for how to make something like this?

I had some brainstorming thoughts and ideas within a text box in Miro. Oddly it decided to delete everything without knowledge and revert to a previous day’s activity (thinking those same activities happened today).I am unable to find a method to contact Miro support, how can I get my text back?

I actually like to pay for the services that I use. It seems fair to me. So hanging out on the free version of Miro doesn’t sit great with me. It SEEMS like the thing to do would be pay the $15/month for a consultant account which would feel good to pay for what I’m currently getting for free, and would be good for me to have extra boards, templates, backups, etc.  All good.  BUT . . . It seems like if I do that, an important feature that I currently get for free would suddenly get VERY expensive. Right now when I run a workshop for a community, I set them up on a board, give them a set of tasks, they can all see each other, by name, moving around and interacting with the board. Then they can keep working with it on their own time as needed ongoing.  Perfect. My understanding is that if I go to the Consultant plan, my clients either can’t edit (maybe - not sure about this?) OR can’t see each other by name (this seems pretty clear).  OR I could pay 30 (community members) X $15

what are the steps to zoom into a certain area of the map then to highlight / animate a certain box so viewers know where to look focus on 

I unexpectedly came across a Permissions tab/set of options in a board’s Share → Sharing settings back on September 30th while I was answering some a question on the forum. It caught my attention at the time as I didn’t recall ever seeing this option. I was focused on something else at the time so I grabbed a few screenshots and moved on.Now, when I decide to go back and dig into it further, I cannot find the options again! Mind you, I didn’t capture the exact conditions leading up to the option appearing, but here’s what I know:The board belonged to my spouse’s Education Plan (the setting may have been present in my Consultant Plan, however, I am the only member, so I can’t add an editor at the board-level without incurring a charge). Please help me with the main tool. I need to select several objects and, say, move them to another place. For that I need to switch a hand into an arrow. So I do it, switch a hand into an arrow. But when I want to select and move, the arrow changes into a hand! That is so annoying. What should I do? I didn’t change the settings. Everything was OK. Now it changes the way it wants.
