Hi I’m new to Miro and totally in love.  I’m mapping out interviews using the post it function and I would love to find an easy way to move a group of post its around the board, instead of having to move them 1 by 1. Any tips? ThanksKaren

 There was a very nice template - Agile Processes Demo Board I want to use it, but I can not find it. Seems it was deleted. Why? Is it possible to bring it back?

When trying to copy a board’s content (2,9k objects) across accounts (I am admin in both), I am getting “sorry you cannot copy so many objects at once” error. I appreciate any help with that!

Hello community! I am highly considering using Micro to teach my private English Lessons. I teach one on one and I would like each student to have access to their own Boards for my twelve week program, but I don’t want the students to be able to access each other’s boards.  I’m a bit confused by the private sharing function. It seems like you can only make your board private for yourself as the leader, rather than private for both you and your one on one student. Can someone help clear this up for me? And if you have any recommendations on what I should do as a one on one teacher with lots of students that’ll be awesome.  Much appreciated!Nick  

My own boards on free tarif had been disapperead without any If I check my boards, I don’t see any, only with me. But free plan show, that I can have 3.

I used to be able to change the size of a text box without resizing the text.I want to change the size of a box with text independently of the fond size.How is it possible to switch off auto size? Thank you PEter

Hello - we need to remove a few users from a free account. The individual listed as the team admin is unable to do so and none of the general team members have that function either. Could you advise on any ways to get around this, if possible. Thanks!

I love having the ability to get a link to a specific frame within a board, but this problem always happens.*If I click a link to a frame in a board I don’t already have open (especially with an iPad or iPhone), it will take me to the right board, but NOT the right frame. Usually it will just take me to the board itself.*If I already have the right board open, the links will take me to the right frame, but it is not helpful when I’m trying to get the frame I want from either outside the Miro app or from a different board in Miro. Is this a bug that can be fixed?

Hi everyone, I have been working on a template that has next and back buttons underneath the frames to make it easier for new Miro users to find the next frame, I know you can search the frames on the left side but was hoping that this would be an option. The trouble is when you save as a template and create another board the next and back button takes you back to the original templated board!!!!May be that I am just new to Miro myself and operator error :(.

Hi there, Just wondering is it possible to move a project which was under our company’s MIRO account to the Client’s MIRO account. If the client requests to move the project to their account, it’s not possible to copy and paste the boards, artboards across. Any ways to do this?Note: My questions is not related to moving project between teams. Other threads have helped me with that. Thanks to all for that. Thanks,Naresh

When I am listening to Music over AirPods and I open a board, the music stops and the board is the audio.  Is there a way to stop this? I don’t see anything in settings.  Thank you,Hank

I have been using Miro dynamically in my art and design studio courses. Until last week, I was able to create templates that provided arganization for students to upload images of work in progress and then to make comments to each other within the project frame space. Now my students can no longer add their images to the frame I have set up. They have creatively uploaded their images and made connective arrows to work that exists outside of the framed space. In trying to figure out what is going on, I discovered that now the new images cannot be overlapped. Student go to move their image to the defined space find that it pops to the upper left corner. I worked with the alignment button but this does not help. Something seems to have changed in a default (because I did not change approaches or defaults). I did discover that I now have to bring their added images forward. I’m using visual notes as part of an Onboarding icebreaker. They should not be opened until Step 6 of my icebreaker, yet when a Guest Editor first launches the board, the Visual Notes slide open even though I have NOT pinned them open. This defeats the purpose of my Icebreaker if they’re already open and showing Step 6, thus confusing the collaborator.How do I prevent them from opening for guest editors when they first visit the board?

How can the Sticky’s move on a timeline template?  I need to have participants move a pre-selected sticky to a timeline   At the moment, they are not moving.

If I subscribe to the "Consultant Plan", I suspect a good number of my clients will sign up for Miro. That said, I'm not sure they would follow an affiliate link to do so. This is even more true if they are already registered as a Miro user and I remove them from my team.Is there a way for Consultants acting like affiliates to get a payment if one of their invited client upgrades to a paid plan?
