Hello, Im a teacher and ive been using Miro since last 2 years. I got to know about the educational plan recently, but the form asks for an email. My school doesnt have an email like that but i can surely provide proof of employment and my career. Is there a way i could avail the educational plan without the email? You could turn this reply into a ticket too please. I paid for 2 years subscription "standard ' it is valid till 2028, still my boards are view only not allowing me to use miro, seems to unusual . How i can connect with support 

One of My Miro Board is frozen but all other boards in my account works fine. I went into presentation mode for one of the frames and since then I am unable to view the board and although I tried restarting, removing Cache, pressing esc. button and F5 still I am unable to access this particular board along with all others in my team as well. All I can see is a white out screen and unable to do anything.  

Can you tell me how I can delete a certain (and only) card in the payment section?

I've been using Miro for a while and I'm really enjoying as it is a great tool which helps me to create engaging and interactive lessons for my students.Recently, I've read that Miro might offer free access to premium features for those who live and work in Ukraine. Miro did send me a link to renew my education licence (still studying). Unfortunately the link is not working. Now all my boards are blocked. Help please! ​@Eca ​@Miro Community Team

It’s work in other app such as  notes,Goodnotes .so my apple-pencil 2 is work well I’m using iPad app downloaded from Apple Store  i have reinstalled Miro but still happen any help would be appreciated 

hi there, I keep getting "Diagrams not available in your organization yet" error however my colleagues do not. Have tried opening flowchart and Incident Management Process Flowchart templates (from this link FREE Incident Management Process Flowchart Template 2025). I have a Full license and in the same ‘teams’ in Miro as my colleagues yet it seems I have different access. Any ideas how to resolve? Thanks! 

Hi! My education plan is expiring, Miro sent me a link to renew it as I am still a student, however the link is not working!I saw tickets were created for users with the same issue, however when I posted about this some weeks ago, no one came back to me. Does anyone know how to contact Miro and get support?​@Eca ​@Robert Johnson ​@Miro Community Team I saw in others’ posts you were able to help. Could you or someone else come back to me please? I need help or risk losing all my boards!  

Is there a way to have GIFs loop indefinitely when they are not in focus?I noticed that when GIF’s are playing, if they are not actively being focused on, they will stop playing at around 5 min. This is troublesome for me since I will preload all the GIFs before a presentation to make sure they are playing, but by the time I get to the later ones, they have already stopped playing.So I was wondering if there was a workaround for this since this would make Miro non usable for my presentation. Thanks.

I and 3 other students created a miroboard. A prof put us into a team board, and ever since then we cant access our original board. It keeps telling us to request permission from the host, even the host. If we send requests, they don't show up for the host. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi, I used the new slide tool to create a presentation. But I am struggling to understand how I can have elements (like post-it) that participant can interact with. Everything is locked for them. I want the participant to the presentation to be able to drag the post-it from the left over the image of the plate. Thank you for your helpThoma 

I have a full license but have a problem with a Miro Board that has been shared with me. I am trying to export part of the file to save as a jpg (that can be zoomed in to view). Basically I want to save the one portion of the file as an image to share with the team/ eventually upload the jpg to intranet but I am unable to do this.

The right click grab and throw is somewhat useful but I am looking to have Miro behave like other applications when it comes to using the mouse wheel.  Mouse Wheel up/down - scrolls horizontally up/downShift + Mouse Wheel up/down - scrolls vertically left/rightCtrl + Mouse Wheel up/down - zooms in / outIt currently behaves like my Ctrl key is stuck and only zooms in/out, which is really annoying. Is there a setting to make Miro behave like other applications WRT scrolling?

After i end any drawing on a board, final image became higher on a screen.  It works wrong with all instruments: select, pen, smart drawing…But outside the board, in menu, settings, other places… no problemsHow to fix it?

Hi, everyone! Recently, I encountered some strange cursor behaviour. There is a significant distance between the cursor and the working area (the actual click/selection position). I'll add a screenshot for clarity. I noticed this behavior in the web version. I haven't checked the app yet. Could anyone tell me if this is a bug or if there is some strange setting that changes this distance? 

Hi!I'd like to create a process diagram with swimlanes. I would like each activity box in the diagram to contain the same set of custom data fields for analysis (such as who is responsible for performing that activity, what systems are used for performing the activity, what problems exist for that activity, etc)-- is this possible?Best,Marisa
