Lost my board, account shows "Create a team"

Lost my board, account shows "Create a team"
Hi! I had my own board with a large course on it, on the Free plan. Now when I sign in, I see "Create a team" and no boards at all. Trash is empty, I don't have the board link, and I didn't delete anything. The Support Bot couldn't help. Is there any way to restore my team or board? Can a Miro team member check my account?
