Question

Are daily MCP call limits per user, per team, or per organization?

Hi Miro team,

We’re considering a paid plan for three internal team members. We mainly plan to use Miro MCP to create, read, and update flowcharts.

The documentation lists these daily MCP tool-call limits:
- Starter: 500 calls per day
- Business: 2,000 calls per day

However, it does not explicitly state whether these limits apply per user, per team/workspace, or per organization/subscription.

Could someone from Miro please clarify:

1. With three paid Starter seats, do we get 500 calls shared across all three members, or 1,500 calls in total (500 per member)?
2. With three paid Business seats, is the limit 2,000 shared calls or 6,000 calls in total?
3. If a Business subscription contains multiple teams/workspaces, do they share one daily allowance, or does each team have its own?
4. Does purchasing additional seats increase the daily MCP allowance?

This will help us choose the right plan. Thank you!
