Trying to cancel a Miro Business plan is incredibly frustrating: no billing access despite being admin, no cancel option, support emails bounce back—how can I actually cancel this subscription?

Hi everyone,

I’m honestly quite frustrated at this point and hoping someone here can help.

I’m trying to cancel a Miro Business plan associated with my account, but I’ve hit a complete dead end:

  • I’m an admin, but I don’t have access to any billing settings

  • There is no option in the UI to cancel the subscription

  • The contact emails I found on the website bounced back as invalid

  • I can’t find any valid support channel to handle this request

At this stage, it honestly feels like once you upgrade to a Business plan, there’s no clear way out.

Has anyone experienced this or knows how to actually cancel a subscription in this situation? Is there a working contact or process I’m missing?
