I’m honestly quite frustrated at this point and hoping someone here can help.
I’m trying to cancel a Miro Business plan associated with my account, but I’ve hit a complete dead end:

I’m an admin, but I don’t have access to any billing settings

There is no option in the UI to cancel the subscription

The contact emails I found on the website bounced back as invalid

I can’t find any valid support channel to handle this request
At this stage, it honestly feels like once you upgrade to a Business plan, there’s no clear way out.
Has anyone experienced this or knows how to actually cancel a subscription in this situation? Is there a working contact or process I’m missing?
Any help would be really appreciated 🙏
