The timer has moved to the top right of the screen instead of bottom left - WHY ?Bottom left was perfect for those of us using dual screens - who found this timer incredibly useful as an on-screen reminder when overlaying on our primary shared screen when hosting.Now I don’t use the Miro timer anymore and no one asks where they can get one for themselves.Please just leave good enough alone, thank you.-Gary.

После составления Mind Map при перемещении одного блока перемещаются остальные, связанные с Mind Map блоки, что не позволяет создать Mind Map нужного дизайна и формата. Значительные расстояния между блоками сильно усложняют визуализацию. Блокировка элементов не решает данную проблему. Подскажите, пожалуйста, как решается данная проблема.Во вложении прикладываю скриншоты. На первом исходное положение. Затем я передвигаю Блок “Подтема 1”, в результате чего Блок “Подтема 2” также перемещается и выходит за нужные границы.

Is it possible on Consultant Plan to invite guests for boards when they already operate on a Free plan?I'm looking for the best suitable plan for our company. We often work together with external partners who already use Miro (Free plan). And we want to invite them as guests to our boards to edit and contribute. Some external partners need acces to multiple boards for a period of time. 

I have tried backing up 2 boards (web) a few times with a fiber connection and it keeps failing. Very frustrating. I see download.json and “failed - server problem”. I also tried backing up the boards using the Miro desktop application and they also keep failing. Thoughts/suggestions?

Allow for the option to auto format a flow diagram to ensure connectors do not cross each other.  Allow to format multiple cards at once (ie. modify a grouping of sticky notes to the same size)If a user has a card locked for edit, allow for ability to unlock the user so others can edit the card.

Hello, I have a free plan and at some meeting I had people join my team and they have created multiple boards that I can’t really edit or delete.  I would like to remove them and regain access to my boards that I was actually using. Do you know how I can fix this?P.S.After the meeting the users went M.I.A. and are not currently using the boards so the content of them is just mess. 

deleted test spaces/boards, and templates now it’s saying you’re using ‘3 editable spaces/boards’ even when there’s nothing theredid miro change something for the worst recently? how to permanently delete spaces/boards?doesn’t seem like our data is permanently deleted how do we see all deleted spaces/boards ? to permanently delete “deleted” (aka: archived) spaces/boards, seems like you have to permanently delete your account. know of any links to see if that’s the case?

help find template, finally found a use for miro after a very long time

I have cpmpleted a board with clients and for the first time can’t adjust their font size to go any bigger than 18 so the stickies are tiny on Large size. How can I alter font size (and sticky size) to larger?  Thanks 

This should be really simple but I can’t work it out! Someone left so I deleted their account, and took the option to have their boards transferred to me as the ‘company admin’.  I thought this would enable me to delete their boards, but it seems that you need to be on the Enterprise account scheme to have this power (would have been nice to be told this at the time!).So what does one do now?  I have boards belonging to a person who has left that I can’t delete.  Looking through the help files there seems to be some option to ‘leave’ these boards but I can’t work out how this will enable me to then delete these boards…? It says:If you are not the owner of the board and not a Company Admin with Content Admin permissions, you cannot delete it as shown above. Instead of the Delete button, certain users of paid teams who are not board owners see the option to Leave board (more in the article How to leave a board). Note that free plan members cannot leave boards. But then on the Leave Board

Hello, i am a part time student and working at the same time. I would like to ask the following…can miro backup it’s board to icloud? if not where is it stored? how does miro differ from explain everything basics  is the data stored in the ipad ? if so what is the recommended size? i desire to use one white board to branch a live journal of events during the day - i tired everytime basics and it could not snap the content in place - it shifts a lot. if i am a student and i register a miro account , can i switch my school email to a personal one? can miro handle videos ; pdfs word and excel files in the whiteboard ? can i edit them directly ? can miro do voice recording like notability ?

As I am using Miro boards, I want to be able to use sticky notes and tag myself the same way I am tagging my colleagues.

Hi all,I have tried importing excel tables - but it just won’t work for me: all the content appears on individual stickies in a grid or table which is incredibly messy! In the past I have managed to create create something which is rather like a table but just for text (see attached screenshot of it in editing mode.  This issue I have is that the main Miro menus (i.e. board name, hiding cursors, meeting etc. all cover the top row of my table so there is no way to select the top cells except those in the middle! So deleting columns is possible only for those in the middle of the table!How can I edit this table properly?

Hello allI have a weird situation. When I login on Miro via my personal laptop I see the current boards. When I login via my business laptop and use the same login data I see a very old board version. Can you help who I can see the current status of my Miro account while using the business laptop? there is no way to renew the account.Invoice and Payment method menus are not active. 

Does anyone have an advice?I can’t enable guests to download material (in my case a PDF file).In the Settings/permissions tab, there is no choice for guests.Is it maybe an issue with the current plan my team is using?ThanksJan
