hey guys, could someone help me?I was working on a board with a lot of content.When I pasted images from another board and resized them I got that "syncing…" pop-up, and then everything disappeared.Can't undo, and if I duplicate the board it's still all blank.Do not know what to do.

Hi, I need to give edit access to my whiteboard but the ‘Can edit’ setting is not clickable in the ‘Anyone with the link’ option. Is this because of the plan I am on or do I need to do anything else to enable edit access to anyone with the link? Thanks!  

How can we use MIRO or templates for development of KPI ??

We use Azure group provisioning to assign users to Miro teams.  Is there a way to disable team admins from inviting users to their teams?  We want this to be entirely controlled by Azure system admins where users get access to Miro Teams they need to join by adding them to the corresponding Azure security groups only.

Is it possible to add a frame around several other frames to make them a sort of collection and then be able to move just the outer frame? Running a series of workshops, I would like to put a big frame around one lot of workshop frames so they can all be easily moved around, categorised with a title etc. but still on the same board if I want to reference them, and not locked or in a group as I may want to access individual frames for moving. Hope this makes sense - I know you can put a frame around them but the outer frame moves without picking up the inner frames.

Hi all. I’m working on a board that I have editing rights only. I need to transfer the board to a new account or copy paste the work across. I don’t have admin rights to do so but I also can’t see who owns the account the board is sitting on? Anyone know how to source the board owner? Thanks! Clicking on the board name does nothing.

when im sending frames to miro, after a while or if i do it from a separate figma user, when i sync changes the plugin creates new images on miro, instead of overwritten the already synced ones.it appears that miro loses the relationship link between the previously synced frames on figma. any solution? has anyone encountered this?

None of these tips work, unless I need to write some javascript code to enable a simple feature as to moving the sticky notes or any other object that I am putting on my board. Ridiculous. I am about ready to just do this on Figma. The templates make no sense (journey map, user map, affinity map) none of which are aligned to how I would actually use them.

(It’s to plan screenings during a film festival)And I was wondering whether this can be done automatically? And then I also have a newbie question: how can I resize the post its to exactly the same as the cells in a table (or viceversa)? Thanks in advance!Daria

I am working with my Citrix administrators to provide the Miro Windows app from Citrix Workspace’s Apps. A Citrix Workspace user can launch the Miro Windows App, but cannot get past the SSO authentication.Following successful authentication, the “Signed in Successfully” browser window does not transition back to the Miro app and the “Open Miro app” button is unresponsive. The Miro app stays on the “Redirecting to SSO Provider” screen. Clicking the “Back to login” link takes you back to the login screen.Has anyone in the community successfully installed and launched the Miro Windows app from Citrix Workspace?

Help me out someone, please!I’ve been using Miro for half a year now, everything worked smoothly, but 2 days ago I accidentally did something, and NOW the ‘Double tap to add the last object used’ feature is not working.Now, if I double tap on the board, nothing appears, neither the T for the text, nor squares or stickers. How can I have that function back? Please, I hope someone knows.Thank you <3

Hi community!I deleted an old user, which also led to deletion of his boards. We're on the Free plan.We still have the URL, screenshot shown below.I found https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/deleted-user-also-deleted-boards-4116 and https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/deleted-user-ends-up-deleting-board-2015. For our team, and myself (Admin) there is no trash can showing (screenshot).As far as I know, the his old boards were transferred to me.   

My company is using SSO, therefore I assume we have a Premium Plan. I am assured by our IT help desk that I am a licensed user on Miro.Until recently upgrading the Chrome to version 103.0.5060.114, I used to have access to create boards etc, lock boards, grant access permission(s) etc. ie a lot more features/control then on Miro free.Now I only have access to Miro free ie I urgently need support to resolve this issue as we need to plan for the next Product Increment.FYI – I have tried the following, however the problem still persisting:Logging out of miro, Stopping/Restarting Chrome, using a different browser, rebooting my laptop

Dear colleagues,We are using Miro Kanban with several swimlanes, and for an easy visual differentiation we have setup a dedicated color to the cards in each swimming lane. However if I click “+” to add a card on a certain swimlane, it will not keep the color of the card above it but will use the latest color I selected somewhere on another card (if I am lucky to work on the same swimlane the card will be added in the same color, but normally I would need to manually switch the colors). If I duplicate a card - I will need still to do some manual work by e.g. removing tags or so. Is there a way to setup the Kanban in a way that when I add a card on a swimlane it will keep the color of the previous card on that swimlane? An image attached to illustrate: where the black arrow is, I would like to click and get the navy colored card as the above and not yellow (last color used somewhere).Thank you!  

I copy image from Photoshop and it appears in Miro. Now i want to copy it back but Ctrl+C do not copy image back to clipboard. Its very hard for concept artist use Miro as reference board/mood board tool because its hard to copy content back from it to professional software.

What are the names of the 4 tool bars in Miro called? In each corner? 

I’m having trouble using the app - I’m on a Macbook Pro with the latest version of MacOS. My boards work when using chrome, but when using the app (My preference) I just get the tabs along the top but no actual boards. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, i can’t even log out because the menus along the top are all pretty vacant.ANy help would be appreciated  

Hi, All:I teach three different classes. I’d like students in class A to see and edit a collection of boards during the semester. I’d like students in class B to see and edit a completely different set of boards. Same for class C.Since the Education plan doesn’t support multiple teams, the solution that I came up with is to use Projects as a way to organize boards for each class.Since I’m new to Miro it took me a while to figure out all the steps so I thought I’d share in case it helps anyone else get up to speed quicker.Please comment if you have other suggestions. 

I want to resize some text in a shape, but not all of it. I don’t want to create groups of shapes if I can avoid them, since editing becomes more difficult and time consuming.I have a shape with two lines in it, let’s say: MaryWick I want to emphasize Mary, like so: MaryWick When I select Mary and resize it, the box’s contents enlarge, like so:MaryWick I don’t recall this being a restriction in any but the very earliest of flow chart/presentation apps.

An ex-employee previously created a team for our company but we never actually ended up using Miro.  We are now being brought into an engagement through an external agency that requires us to all login and create Miro accounts.  Through the very nature of this engagement, all of us from Brace are being asked to join this pre-existing team this ex-employee had set up under the Free plan.  I need to become the admin of the team to remove this ex-employee and manage the account, please?  Anyone know how I can do this in the free plan or if there is something else I should do?  Let me know!

I am experiencing this in version 0.7.16 of the Windows client app, which is the latest version available on the website. When writing text, sometimes the keys I type are interpreted as text and sometimes as shortcuts. No smart meetings active. How do I get the fix?
