I want more space between the grid lines and left aligned text - is there a setting?

I use Miro for different courses. I the past I was able to create new teams. But it seems that I lost this ability. Does anyone know how te create a new team (as not in person of a company)?Thanks for the help in advance!

Hey guys ! I have a grid which I already defined in terms of size, content etc.. But for some reason when I double click a cell and add text it, the text immediately disappears after I’m done. If I create a new grid it seems fine. Wondering if anyone knows what’s the issue here? Thanks !

Hello,I am trying to add notes from a google doc to notes in Miro. It works sometimes and other times it erases everything I’ve pasted in my notes panel immediately after I paste it.I am pasting a bulleted list 

Trying to copy Emoji onto board and they wont drag or copy.  Stickers do without issue.  What might be causing this?

How do I do this without enlarging the whole shape? 

Hello!I am running a workshop where I need that the pen colours match the sticky note colours. Is there a way I can limit the pen colours of the participants of my board? Or create a colour palette for all the boards of one project?Many thanks!Sol

is there a way to build in hiding/revealing of shapes and lines in a flow chart as part of a presentation?  we’d like to present our flow chart as part of a presentation, walking the viewers through the steps, but given that there’s alot of extra data in the final overall view, we’d like to only reveal items relevant to the topic of each slide.  Short of duplicating everything into multiple slides and deleting items, is there a way to do this?  like, have a base, background chart, and then in each slide, select what’s visible and not visible?

I can’t join a group created here…I can’t search by the name and I have a number to confirm my account I don’t have where to submit…This just doesn’t work!!!

How do I resize the control panel? Its huge & so clunky that I can’t use the program anymore

I use Miro 10 hours/day for my role leading Design Thinking at Bose. Today, the majority of my boards are freezing when I zoom in to the point where I need to quit the app and rejoin. I use the Miro iPad app exclusively and have never had this issue before. It seems to be happening more often or sooner on some boards than others, but it’s a fairly consistent problem overall. Anyone else having this issue? 

I am creating this post to track some inconsistent behaviour regarding pasting spreadsheet cells on to a Miro board.The expected result is that the cells appear as Sticky Notes on the board. However, there have been some reports that Text objects are being created instead. My test data as two cells in Excel, Excel web app, and Google Sheets:I then pasted a single cell (the one with “one” in it) and then both cells at the same time.I did this in both the latest 64-bit stable Chrome and Miro desktop app from Windows 11.From my tests, I consistently got plan text when pasting a single cell from Google Sheets.Results:Chrome Desktop app Tagging @Kerrin and @JonoB here as they had reported the issue in an older post.

Curious if anyone else has this issue.When I run the Miro plugin in Figma, I never get the button to log in. I just see a loading spinner that never resolves.I’ve tried restarting Figma and signing in and out of Miro in my browser but am unable to get past the loading spinner. Any help much appreciated.Loading Spinner 

I would like to select a source shape then select multiple destination shapes. Then have Miro draw either a line with multiple heads to each of the destinations or simply draw multiple lines for me to each of the destinations. Creating one to many lines is time consuming and tedious.

HiI have a user who’s name is listed as Guest. They were a guest on a board and I deleted their account and invited them as a full member and their account name still comes up with the name Guest. How can I change the users account name from Guest to be the users actual name, which is the way all the other user accounts are?

Hi there. I have 15 stickies, aligned vertically. I originally imported them from Excel. I want to align them horizontally. To do so I capture all of them by dragging the mouse over them. Then I click on the align tool and select ‘Align horizontally’ and nothing happens. It makes no difference if the stickies are in a frame or not. f I group them then the align tool disappears. Any suggestions on why the align tool is not working? Looking forward to hearing from you ...Tom 

I am comparing Team vs Business and there is Business only feature title (Miro Smart Diagramming) which states “Visualize ideas fast with tools for BPMN, ERD, cloud architecture, and more.”I am definitely going to do some BPMN related diagrams and Cloud type diagrams.  BUT not sure if this is simply stating Business and above is the only one that can DO BPMN or CLOUD type diagrams or if it is something else entirely.  When I look at Miro it has BPMN in the lower version.Could someone shine some light on what exactly does (Miro Smart Diagramming) mean?Thank you in advance!

Hi, since many days, I have problems to log in with my Miro Account. When I click on the Login Button with Google, I click on my Account, and then I am at the loading screen for minutes. I tried it with 2 different Accounts and 2 different devices. Nothing works.EDIT: I also cleared my cache on both devices.Hope you can help me.Thanks Niklas
