I’m using paid version of Miro, I’m using it since last few months, I was doing my all architectural job of AWS. I’m working as an Individual professional. But suddenly Miro stopped access of AWS set icons. I don’t understand in the middle of project how to deal with situation.

@sanjay sharma -

Unfortunately, this is a concern which has been shared by a number of us Miro users with the product team (see https://community.miro.com/ask-the-community-45/consultant-plan-diagramming-packs-are-not-available-6205). They are evaluating the situation so hopefully we see things change soon…

It is not available anymore .. but there are free alternatives:

This is a deal breaker, we've been on the paid plan for almost a year now and this change broke our workflow completely.

There are workarounds, but they are hacky at best.

We are in the process of migrating our architecture diagrams to draw.io (diagrams.net) looking for an alternative to the shared whiteboard.

@Paul Zietsman :

They changed it and it is available - but in the shapes-section:

To clarify for all readers: At this time, the "other" shape packs are not available on the Team Plan subscription:

It is really sad that Miro would do this to already paying customers.

This is outrages!

Miro is putting prices on fresh air - that is what happening here.

Miro deserves a massive migration to diagrams.net. Absurd.

AWS is publishing FREE their icons set: https://aws.amazon.com/architecture/icons/
