I need to move a Miro board created in our company environment to another company. There does not seem to be an easy way to do this. Please provide the way to copy a board. They need our templates that we created.  

Certain pictures are no longer loading. Has anybody faced this before? 

It was reported as a solved problem, but Miro does not load pictures (e.g. 81KB) - the screen is stuck with the progress cricle :-( Decreasing size of the picture does not help :-( Any workaround?

Any one else have issues uploading from Google Drive? My Google Drive is integrated. I am logged into my account. But I am getting this message:When I click SIGN IN a page flashes but doesn’t load. When I click a 2nd time I get this message: Then everything in Miro fades to semi-transparent and I have to refresh to get an active site again. It has done this 5 times in a row. HELP!!??

in my oppinnion if the app had infinity zoom in and zoom out it would be more injoyable to use

I used chrome and safari on Macbook pro by both mouse and touchpad, they are not working.How do i solve the issue? 

I tried to copy and paste the sticky notes from one board to another. Paste is not working with Ctrl+V. It works only with right click and paste option. Its bit strange and I found same behavior with Frame copy paste also. When using Ctrl+V, instead of pasting contents, it paste only the Miro signup picture as mentioned below.

This bug is allowing any board editor (team member, visitor, or guest) to be able to both hide and unhide and frame on the board via the frames sidebar.In addition, any viewer or commentor on a board can briefly unhide a hidden frame by clicking on it in the frame sidebar.I have opened a support ticket with Miro (ticket #536313) and they have acknowledged this bug and are working to resolve it.I will update this post as I hear back from Miro support.

I have a 65” touchscreen that has a slow computer running Android. I just found out that there is a specific Interactive Display app from Miro. So now I need to upgrade because the zoom in/out is pretty slow and that’s a major part of why I love Miro with a huge touch display. Miro suggests a computer with the following specs: CPU: 2,8 GHz (4 cores/8 threads) GPU: NVidia Geforce 10 series or higher, Intel Gen 12, AMD Ryzen Zen 2 based (3rd generation) or higher RAM Memory: 16 GB (DDR4) I’ve been using apple for 15 years so all of this is tough to find for me. Does anyone have any recommendations for how others have set up their interactive displays outside of the $5k retail touch display. Would also ideally want the computer to be small and out of sight.  

Hello guys! I have a little problem and i don’t know how to fix it. I have been using Miro for a important school project with my classmate. Today when i opened our board everything was gone. In the overview of all my boards i could see that somebody (no idea who this person is) changed the board but when i open the board and look at the members i am the only one in it, my classmate is not even mentioned there anymore. Does anybody have any idea how to fix this or what even is going on. 

What is the growth path for a single seat with consulting plan to a few key users in our organzation talkinmg about business plan? Do I “upgrade” from consulting to businjess and then add my colleagues? Should I stick with my consulting plan and my colleagues are supposed to sign up for business plan? I imagine this is a typical step in a SMB’s life cycle of using miro. Any thoughts?

I’ve been using Miro for 4 years now and I had an amazing trajectory of my company’s strategy. I used to log in from one email () and wanted to delete another account I had registered in the members list () because I was about to upgrade that one with Miro and now include a lot of not so active members. I accepted the email saying I was erasing the account but I didn’t reckon that it would also delete the Team Luisa Postres where I have 2 amazing boards of all my company. When I turned into the tab of the boards it said the Board was Deleted and no option of recovering it appeared. I’m in a real crisis. Please help!

Hello, this seems like a basic question but I cannot find information anywhere (tried here, watching tutorials, google).  I want to use templates, but cannot find instructions of how to add objects. For example, I want to use the company organization template, but need more “boxes”. There must be a simpler way than copy & pasting every item and every arrow. Can someone please help!!? Thank you. 

Hi, the pen has disappeared from the app on my iPad Air 5. App is updated and I have checked all the options, it’s not in toolbar, it’s not present anywhere else either. Any help would be appreciated!!

When trying to complete the quiz to get the Miro Essentials badge: Getting started with Miro (Quiz) - Quiz | Miro Academy I receive the following error and am unable to progress the quiz. 

I created a new board and as the owner I have the Frames button in my toolbar, but a guest I invited to the board is missing this button.I know that other miro boards I am a guest on, I have this button.  Is there something I need to set to allow guests to create frames?

Hi, im new a company admin (we go to the enterprise plan). We ar now two company admins, but i can’t grant the company admin rights to my colleagues. Could only miro support grant the rights to a seccond admin?  Thanks for your reply.  Marcel 

Hit Ctrl + K to create a hyperlink on a pasted screenshot (still missing the deprectaed Web Capture function, or whatever it was called) and discovered the newly released contextual menu that has replaced the previous hyperlink prompt. Please see the screenshot below if you’re unaware: Curious to hear folks’ thoughts. Overall, I like all these high-value functions being pulled in to a single keystroke / contextual menu. My only gripe is the loss of the immediate-single-keystroke Ctrl + K, replaced instead with Alt + Ctrl + K (I’m guessing Cmd + Opt + K on Mac, or something like that). My muscle memory reliably landed my left hand to Ctrl + K on the keyboard, shared with Windows OS and other tools. Generally speaking, if a shortcut uses a combination of Ctrl + Alt, I prefer its final alpha key to live on the left-hand side of

Prior to the latest updates to the Presentation mode, I could move between frames with zero transition or sliding effect; the screen would instantly refresh with each new frame as I flipped between them. Did this capability go away with the new Interactive Presentation mode? Is the only way to move between frames to have it "slide" between pages? I use to be able to “fake” build effects with the instantaneous refresh. Is this feature now gone?

Hello,Is there a way to connect one shape with several other shapes, without a duplication of the lines and shifted lines?As you can see in the picture, it doesn't look clean and some of the lines appear thicker than the other, because multiple lines lay on each other.  I would be very happy if someone can help with this issue.

Hi Up until recently I could lock Grids (now called Tables) and people still could enter text into Cells. This behaviour seems to have changed in the last few days (approx. 15 March 2021).Does anyone else have the same problem?Any idea why it was changed? It was a super useful feature and I want it back!!! Please ;) CheersRalph

my board wont load it just spinningit was working then i attempted to load a board from the mirroverse now the board wont load at all  it just show the miro animation  this is just not good…we have been having problems all month all of these hacks and work around are a pain. it not a plugin im sure of that because it was working fine then just all of sudden had a problem after choosing a template from the mirro verse  

Was wondering if there was such a thing.
