Can't access Miro links via web browser because "redirected too many times"

For the past week or so, I have been unable to access Miro on my web browser. The error states that “miro.com redirected you too many times”.

Clearing cookies and restarting my browser have not helped. 

I am using Chrome version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (arm64).

Interestingly, Safari works.

 

Any advice would be appreciated!

@Gail - Have you completely cleared the browser cache, not jus the cookies?

Are you able to try the Miro desktop app?

Or another browser?

Thanks for the quick reply. I hadn’t, but doing so didn’t resolve it :(

The desktop app has been working, as does Safari. Chrome is my primary browser, so I’d love to see if I can resolve the issue there, but at least I’m not completely blocked!

 

More info: when I’m not logged in, Miro.com seems to work fine. But once I am logged in, the error appears.
