Jira planner not showing more than 5 sprints

Hi team,

I have a Jira planner that I use to plan my 2-week sprints across mutliple months. I have around 8 sprints I want to plan out, but the planner does not allow me to choose/display more than 5 sprints at a time. How can I get all the sprints to be displayed on the planner in Miro. I can confirm that the Jira board, when displayed on the Jira site, displays all the sprints that I want, so it’s not related to Jira filter.

Please help! Thanks!

Hi @Aye Zin,

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like your Jira Planner in Miro isn’t displaying all sprints as expected, even though they appear correctly in Jira. Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Refresh the board and reconnect Jira – Sometimes, resyncing the integration can help update the displayed data.
  2. Check for any applied filters – Ensure there are no filters within Miro limiting the number of visible sprints.
  3. Test on a different board – If possible, try adding the Jira Planner to a new Miro board to see if the issue persists.
  4. Verify integration permissions – Ensure that your Jira integration has the necessary permissions to access and display all sprints.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, this may be a limitation or an unexpected behavior in the Jira Planner integration. In that case, I recommend reaching out to Miro Support here with details about your setup. They can investigate further and confirm if there are any known limitations or fixes available.

Let us know how it goes!

thanks for your help :) I have a feeling it’s an issue in the Jira settings that could be causing it.
