[GOOGLE DRIVE/MIRO] Something went wrong!

Hi there!

I'm having an issue with integrating Miro with Google Drive. I installed the official Google Drive extension on Miro and the Miro extension on Google Drive to link my Miro boards to Google Drive and vice versa.

I have no problem accessing my documents stored in the shared drive from Miro. However, when I create a Miro link in Google Drive, it works for me for a few minutes, but after that, as soon as someone else tries to open it, they land on a Miro page with the following message:

Something went wrong!
For some reason, we couldn't open the board.
Please go back to your Google Drive and try again.

And when I try again myself, the board no longer opens via the Drive shortcut, and I get the same message.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix this?

Have a great day!

Was it helpful?

Hi @Nathan FOUGEROUX,

Thanks for reaching out!

You can refer to this article which outlines steps to resolve Google Drive authorization issues: Google authorization issue. It may help troubleshoot the problem you're encountering.

Let me know if that helps!
