Syncing a mindmap (or other org chart) with Google Sheet or SQL results

Employee rosters and team structures are always changing.  while many existing HR tools provide some kind of org visualization, they only do it for the current set of employees -  need a way to auto-generate future planned teams based on headcount planning sheet.  The org chart feature in google is barely passable  - you can’t color the nodes or orient branches in another direction to make more readable or compact or even zoom in and out easily.  I’d love the ability to display by name and by team names and/or show both at the same time.
