Different text formatting i.e bold/italics within a single text box/shape

Hello, I want to add bold/italic formatting within a cell/text box but only on particular text. I can apply this and it looks fine but then I click out of the cell and all the formatting is lost.

    I’m having a similar issue starting today!  I try to bold a specific part of a cell and when I click away, the entire cell has no formatting.
