Hi, Can I fill Billing Information before purchase?I am planning to upgrade my account but Billing menu is invisible on settings and also there is no Billing Inputs on payment screen (there is a just country and postal code inputs but others are missing), this is confusing. Thank you. 

When I embed a PDF File and click the Pin Icon, the set current page to current is shown disabled...  

How can I contact the sales centre or the helpdesk? I only have a gmail account, but with that they won't let me ask a question on  a form (which is odd, because you can log in with your Gmailaccount….) Please advise! it is urgent to contact them

Hello Miro Community,Just was wondering how to use more than one type of template with the visual notes. It seems like one I use something like the meeting agenda template then I no longer have the option to do something like the to-do list or any of the other templates. Is this sort of a one shot deal in terms of the visual notes or am I overlooking a way to add the other templates?Many thanks, this community is excellent when it comes to responding to questions. Hello all,I have created a "project" in miro for a new project. In it I can now invite members and add boards. However, in this project we are also working with an agency. The designers there have already created a miro board that we have guest access to. We would like to link this board to our project, so that all project-relevant boards are in one place. But so far I can't find a way to do this. Can someone help me?Thanks a lot!Julia

Hello! Help! I owned the board and was working on for weeks! Few days I didn't use account and when I came back today I lost all my boards in there include really important one what I was working on! I didn't delete anything and only one person has access but only view, and she didn't touch anything at all! And I don't have even possibility on link for restore. I don't get what happened and what to do and all my project has lost! Probably this is some new updates destroyed my account, because when I opened today it even offered me create a team as I was first time in there — that nonsense. Please tell me I have any ways to restore my board, im dying (  

 Help!!!! I did an upgrade but then I deleted the TEAMS and now when I want to create it it asks me to upgrade again. I was wrong .... please, what should I do?

I’m just starting a new research job, and am new to Miro. I would like to run a focus group using it, and since the employer doesn’t have a paid subscription (yet) I want to use the free version as a trial. But research protocol means that I have to have confidentiality, and I’m not clear if the free version allows this, as it says the boards can be shared with the group members- does that mean all of Miro, or only people in our research group?

Hello, we have a licensed miro user, his team membership has changed. she was member of Team A and we changed it to Team B. Now she can’t see all her boards anymore. We changed the membership back to Team A, still the same issue. The boards are still there, when you access them with the direct link. But she doesn’t have the direct URL to all her boards.Can someone help? Thanks a lot.

Hello everyone,we would like to share a password protected public board for commenting + we would like people to enter their name, so we can assign comments to people.But: When we share the board without a password, people are asked to enter their name. When we set a password, comments are directly shown with the name “Guest”.Is it possible to combine the password protection and the request to enter a name?Best regards

Hi, I find myself working with Miro with different clients and using different emails but can’t understand if I can set up different profiles on Miro so that I can separate my boards per profile and therefore client. Can anyone help? Thanks

When I move one of the point in an arrow which is placed over a rectangle for example - the arrow attaches directly to that part of the rectangle by default. Is shortcut to not have this happen by default? Maybe something like how we hold shift on the keyboard to select multiple objects - is there a similar hotkey that we can hold on the keyboard that makes sure the arrow does not get attached to the object by default. Any advice is appreciated!

When I’ve locked the object,What is the default setting? can anyone unlock the object and should I be clicking on the shield so that only I can unlock it?The tooltip is slightly confusing - at this state it mean that anyone can unlock now or should I click on that icon to allow anyone to unlock. 

Hi all Rookie question here. I have linked some of my shapes in my process maps out to external websites.When I link them to other shapes within the Miro board, they appear as arrows and link correctly. But for some reason, I am unable to click them and the shape is selected instead. Any suggestions on this? In typing this, it seems to be solved when I move the object to the front or the table it’s on to the back. If that’s the issue, is there a way to easily move a bunch of tables to the back, or select all boxes so they can be moved to the front?

Is it possible to see the size of a Miro board in terms of 500MB, 1GB etc etc?

Tried to find my answers in the doucumentation for text widgets, but without much success. This is what I’m looking at:I can’t figure out which width attribute corresponds to what exactly since they are both different in value. Is there actually any limit in Miro?Like how many video's can be addedHow many concurrent folks editing etc...

The explanation for the new tables feature notes that “every cell has a limit of 6,000 symbols” including space and html code.How are objects described (or counted as “symbols”) when you place them in cells, e.g.• sticky notes - does the sticky notes count as a number of symbols?• jpegs - does the size of the jpeg count towards number of symbols - 150k vs 2.6Mb?How do calculate whether you are close to or at your 6,000 symbol limit, especially when you might want to have several objects plus text in a cell?

Could not login to MIRO using SSO in MAC app. After providing the email and SSO credentials the app directs to an empty page with no other options other than a ‘Back Button’.Same credentials works fine on browser.  

While creating an OKR Planning Session with my Team I discovered an amazing feature to creata a Set of Card just by pushing a Plus-Button within the Cell (see Template Kanban Framework, Action Plan, Weekly Agenda e.g). Auto Resize and perfectly aligned. At all a great feature also for non experienced User - so far great.But for our work i need a topic for each row in the first column. Which seem impossible to me using the predefined Template. Any idea/help? Here is a Screenshot of what i’m trying to do:

I have shared my board with the Guest Editors. I must say that the information on how to share the board with the guests is not clear. I had to copy the board link and using my email client send the Board link to all the external editors.My question is how can the guest editors rename themselves for the Board admin to know who is editing what.Also where can I see the list of guest editors within Miro (If possible)  

Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to hide the toolbars on a board?I have my board embedded as an Iframe in my website, and would like my board to be viewable only without any of the editing options available. Currently all options are greyed out and inaccessible but I was wondering if it is possible to remove the toolbar completely? Thanks Kimbal
