i am struggeling a bit with the paid seats/licence topic. Currently we are having a free Team with 7 members.
I want to upgrade to a paid plan (mostly to invite guest editors via link)
Out of this 7 members only 3 need a paid plan (regular workshop hosts) → the others joined once/twice, but are not creating new boards etc.
Is this possible? To buy just 3 seats and assign the 3 hosts for this 3 seats? Or do i need for everyone in the Team a paid seat?

You would assign the paid seats to the regular hosts and then use the anonymous guest editor access for the remaining four.

So this means i have to kick out the 4 others out of the team? or everything stays like it is, just that 3 of the users have paid seats?
+7You’d need to kick out those four first before you convert over and then share the link to the board using the anonymous guest editor access once you are on the Team plan.
