Last few days when you try to change your plan it shows a screen with no ‘action buttons’. So you can’t change your plan or upgrade or do anything else in the billing area around plan modification.

 

I’ve tried with different browsers - so not a browser cache etc issue.

 

Sent a support request/ but no answer as yet.

@Ket - To confirm the steps you are taking, are you

  1. attempting to upgrade from a Free Plan to which plan type?
  2. clicking the upgrade button from your team Dashboard?

If you are clicking the Upgrade button from a Free Plan dashboard, what do you see after you click the button?

I’m on a consultant plan trying to switch to a team plan.

This is how it’s showing - all the buttons are missing.

 


Hi @Ket,

I’m afraid it is a limitation on our side. If you'd like to switch from the Consultant to the Team plan, please reach out to Miro Support. Since the downgrade flow hasn't been automated yet, there are few manual steps required on both your and our side. 


@Marina Good to know it’s a bug and I’m not going crazy :joy:

I submitted a support request about this a couple of day ago when you posted/ but no response yet. Ticket is #239480.

Can you nudge someone to respond?
