I have created my first decision tree, and worked out how to set the colours of the connecting lines, but when I change the colour of a line, all the lines connecting subsequent items change to the same colour, which seems completely the wrong thing to do, since they still represent yes or no outcomes of those later decisions.How do I change the colour of the line leading to an item without it changing all the subsequent lines in the diagram?

Is this possible for a restricted user (no edit access, comment only) can join the vote? And can we make the vote not anonymous (we can see who vote what)?

I am trying to understand how to use this with zoom for workshops I am facilitating with a group. 1) For example, what are instructions I can send to participants ahead of time so they are prepared on day of workshop to be able to login? Do they need to have an account setup or can they gain direct access from the link? What is best way to use if we are also working in zoom for presentation sharing and breakout rooms? I hard using phone or ipad are not necessarily ideal for using MIRO. 2) Is there a QR code as opposed to the embedded link? It is very long link. When I tried to press on link in ppt presentation it led me to my entire account which was confusing. Do all participants see all boards? I’ve not seen anyway to gain access to a table via the Web SDK, for example to create rows/add data, as well as read the data within the table structure.  Is this the case?  If not, is there any plan to implement it?

Full disclosure: I have submitted a support ticket, but thought I would check here to see if anyone has ran into a similar situation and resolved it on their own as I am feeling stuck.A while back, I created a Developer Team using the following URL: https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?createDevTeam=1I then created six apps.Yesterday, Iuninstalled the apps from a few of my teams. deleted my Developer Team. Where is happening now - I cannot:delete the apps I created. When I go to my Profile settings → Your apps → select one of my created apps and then use the Delete app action, I receive an error of: Account not found: And when I try to create a new Developer Team using this URL: https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?createDevTeam=1, I get an error that User has already created a developer team (or something very close to that - it disappears quickly, and doesn’t always display, so I could not capture it).Has anyone else ran into this and had it fixed? I really need to keep this Miro account prof

I have had to make a diagram for uni assessments so I’ve used the free plan, but there is absolutely no option to save my board as an image or a PDF. I need to export it to google docs, which speaking of, it won’t let me export it to google drive way either. I screenshotted it but the quality was so terrible you can’t read anything. Please help!

Hi there, I want to get the share board link from a web whiteboard without pressing the button manually. Is there a way? When you go to https://webwhiteboard.com and press the button “share board” you get a shareable link like https://webwhiteboard.com/RrLhnFUb3lNDLSDxxx/.Is there a way to directly create a board and get a shareable link? I checked the Miro API, but it seems that you can’t use it to create web whiteboards.  Thanks, Leif

Hi there, I recently created a new board using Miro’s 2023/2024 calendar template and after editing a little bit (just duplicated the 2023 calendar and created a 6x2 table), it became super slow and unstable (I’m getting a lot off “reconnecting/connection restored” messages). I then decided to delete it and start a new one from scratch, but now it appears to be “locked” somehow. I can’t edit, rename or move it. It only gives me a “sorry, something went wrong” message. trying to delete error messageAlso, all editing tools are missing from the board view. I just can’t to anything with it. missing tools Any tips? Thanks in advance and a great 2023!

Hi Guys, I “urgently” want to upgrade my free account to the consultant plan. So, I click on upgrade, choose the consultant plan, enter my credit card info (automatically detects the correct country), but when I click on “purchase” I get:“Sorry, your payment transaction has failed”When I click again, I get: “Customer create failed” I have tried from different devices, to check if this is somehow device/browser related, and I also purchased another software just to check if this has something to do with my credit card….any Idea on this? Thanks so much!

i love templates. use them all the time. But the problem is that all the links between the various elements in the template need redoing every time - this is a bit time consuming and a bit hit and miss if you miss one! - Anyway of getting them to stay linked would be appreciated.

I am using a paid enterprise account. I have created a project for some study that I am doing and have not shared that with the team. I need to share it as a link to the participants in the course, but when I try and share it, allowing view only, it is requiring a password. How do I share the link to people outside my organisation without a password? I also assume this will only allow access to the shared board and not the wider organisation team?

Please add more fonts and better ones.

visitorへの共有時にこんな状態があったので共有です。英語の投稿では、同じ症状を見つける事が出来なかったので日本語でも書いておきます。 ボードをVisitorへ Can Editで共有していた。なんどか権限は変更しています。必要に応じてvisitorへのShareをNo Accessにしたり、CanEditにしたり、Can Viewにしているボードでした。 起きていたこと・ブラウザのシークレットモードやmiroアカウントへログインしていないブラウザではVisiter参加可能・Miroアカウントでログインした事のあるブラウザだとボードへアクセスできない（権限がない扱いになり、ボードへリクエストする画面になる） 改善の為に行ったこと・Visitorのcan editに一度パスワードをかける・パスワードを削除するという作業で改善されました。 他のかたもこんな事起きているのでしょうか。僕だけかな。

Is there any way at all to return to using the left mouse button to move around the screen (click and drag)? It seems going to the Navigation Settings only allows you to choose between using the mouse or trackpad, but no option is available for choosing which mouse buttons control movement. Not sure why Miro decided to make this sudden, unnecessary change! If it’s not broken, don’t fix it!

Accidentally deleted team profile which deleted boards I didn't want to delete. I purchase Starter Plan with 12 users, but now become all Free… How to restore ?  Thanks

Hi, I signed into Miro and can only see some coworkers boards, I was not invited to their team, but I still see their boards. I intended to create my own account and my own boards and not see theirs. Solutions? This is also a security issue and I wonder how we can block people in our organization not seeing the boards of this team? We haven’t invited them to the boards/team. Kind regards.  

Just curious to know how to navigate Miro mindmaps using only the keyboard. For example, right now I’m at a UX conference taking notes like mad. But each time I want to add a child node I have to click on the parent node and then hit the tab key. Is there a way to navigate to the parent node using only the keyboard? This would save me a ton of time and effort if so!Thanks for your help!

On the miro board when an image widget is selected a control bar pops up with the option to update. Is that functionality available via the SDK ?

As of today, I am noticing that board objects are shifting/rendering weirdly after a zoom in/out.This is happening in the Miro desktop app, Chrome, Edge, and Firefox on both Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit).Below is a GIF of what it looks like (and it is very distracting haha).I have opened a support ticket and will report back with what the support team tells me. 

Our company just ditched Lucid and I’ve imported all of my AWS diagrams (in a .vsdx format). However, I immediately see that a large number of AWS icons from anything equal to or newer than the AWS 2019 shape library are not being translated upon import. I assumed this was because the shape was missing from your library, but suprisingly, a lot of them are there. Some examples are WAF, Lambda, ALB, NLB… were there but the shape wasn’t used upon import. All I get is a silhouette of the shape that is a solid color. PostgreSQL, PostgreSQL Proxy, and VPC Endpoint Service are just non-existent for example. This is a horrible experience especially for a VERY standard format of .vsdx. I would understand if this was a proprietary Lucid format but Visual Studio has been around forever. Please make this better. I have too much work already built that is AWS compliant to have to effectively redraw everything. Please fix this.The AWS shape library is also incomplete and I’m unable to accurately dra
