If you are accessing Miro using a browser, could you try accessing the board using incognito mode OR try deleting your browser history and cache, stopping and restarting the browser and then trying to access the board again.

is it happening just with this one board or with others as well? Assuming it is just the one board, you could try duplicating it and then opening the duplicate. If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest opening a support request with Miro here: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center
