Hey Community, can someone please help me? I have to do an online conference presentation which will be held on Zoom. When I integrate Miro with Zoom, the speed is significantly reduced. So I'm thinking of starting a talk on Zoom and then asking people to access the Miro board using the provided link. Does anyone have any suggestions for a better idea?Looking forward to hearing your suggestions,Lena

Hi all!When writing long words on post its they get broken unapropriately. This happens very often in German – you know we like those long words ;) An easy fix would for pro editors be to allow the soft hyphen utf symbol. So pro users can set a soft hyphen where the word can break if it has to. There are tools that brings you utf symbols to your finger tips so you don’t have to google them in order to use them. Maybe you find other, more advanced ways to improve word breaks for the majority of users. That would require effort i guess.

Hello, if i have a google sheet with many topics, how can i paste them into the miro mindmap as different branches?

I have restarted my laptop and still struggling to copy/paste stick notes on the Miro app (Intel Mac)Are there any other ways to fix this?

Estou tentando trocar meu email de usuário no Miro e não estou conseguindo Falo que já tenho uma conta, porém exclui todos os boards que eu tinha, mesmo assim não estou conseguindo. Preciso alterar porque estou usando um email corporativo e quero usar meu email particular.

Hi,I want to import jira task - one side, from Jira to Miro.It is possible to sending data from Jira to Miro ?.Jira is behind a firewall, I can open traffic from jira to miro but not from miro to jira.

Hi, I been working with a roadmap where I check completed stuff off with the highlighter. But the only thing bothering me is that the highlighter does not stick with the text. So if I would add a new line to the tree, which I have auto positioning enable on. The text jumps away from its highlights making it really messy. What I have seen is that you cannot group it to the text. What should I do or will this post just be a wished feature.

У меня было 3 используемых (доступных к редактированию) доски, не больше. Новые доски я не добавляла. В прошлую пятницу Миро сделала мне одну из моих трех недоступной к редактированию (view only). Уведомление пишет, что я якобы превысила лимит и у меня больше трёх досок, но на самом деле их как было три, так и есть. А права редактировать одну из них лишили. Пожалуйста, исправьте эту техническую ошибку. I had three boards and i could edit them. Last friday (5.05) Miro automatically disabled me to edit one of them though i didn’t add any new boards. The note says that now i have over three boards but that’s not true. I still have three boards but one of them unfairly has no right to be edited. Please, correct this bug. 

We want to reduce our Team size from 10 Users to say 5 Users.Currently, the ONLY way to do this is to Cancel our existing plan, and then start a new plan and we have to enter Credit Card details on the Miro portal!This is NOT User friendly! Can we please have functionality whereby one can Reduce a team size, and remain on the whatever Billing Method (e.g. Invoice) once is currently on.  

Hello, community!Here’s the problem I’ve been experiencing. When I try to use the stickies capture tool at best it creates one selection and won’t let me create more or doesn’t create any and no matter what a click the selections won’t appear. Does anyone know how to fix it? I tried both web and app versions it’s the same. Thanks in advance

Hello,I’ve tried searching on Google about this to no avail.I’ll often get disconnected to Miro on my iPad. I use the app and will go back and forth from my browser to the app. I’ll most often get ‘connection restored’ when this happens but I’ve had a few times when I’ll get a message which says ‘trying to restore’ the connection. When this happens, it never end up working. What’s worse, I’ll lose everything.I think content is saved when you leave your board. Is there a way to activate some sort of auto-save feature to prevent major data loss and experience despair and frustration when it does?EDIT: Just to clarify:I’ll often edit text on Miro. The disconnect will happen while I’m editing the text in which case the whole text will disappear. I have a hunch it only saves text when you stop editing, not while you’re editing.

Hello :)We are working in a board. The one who created the board (and probably the owner) has left the company, but can still log in to miro, but is no longer the owner. But the problem is: somehow none of us is the owner now and the board has been deleted. Since no one is owner (or admin), no one can restore it. Help!How do I find out who is owner or admin?Or is there another way to restore the board?We have already checked all the bins, we could not find the board again.Thanks a lot! 

n the plan "Starter" visitors can edit the boards again. What about the Video / Audio chat? The help documentation says: "Visitors can not start a video chat"What does that mean in concrete terms? Can I talk to my workshop participants = visitors or not?Can I start a video chat and my visitors can participate or is there basically no video chat for visitors in the "Starter" plan?

I received an e-mail from Rewards@ethn.io, following the completion of a user feedback study. I was wondering if this is indeed a spam, as the website itself looks fairly robust and not the ordinary style phishing site. Hi,I wanted to create a frame in A4. When I now want to resize it (by either dragging the corners or edges) the ratio switched to custom ratio and the frame is just resized in, for example, one direction. However, what I wanted was that if I resize the frame the ratio remain the same.Did I miss some feature switch or is this wrong?

Hi,I’m trying to follow instruction in respect to connect your Jira server with Miro, unfortunately i stuck during authorization. It ask me to use Jira cloud account which is not existing in my case (i have only local account on-premis).Any ideas? Maybe integration with Jira server is no longer supported?

Since this morning, on all of my browsers (Safari, Chrome, and Opera) and on the Miro app on my Mac, I am unable to upload files (any format). I have tried creating new boards and uploading to these and it doesn’t work.  I have tried clearing my cache on Safari and it doesn’t work.  I go to the upload button, then My Device, then the menu disappears and nothing happens. Is anyone else having this problem?  Assistance is greatly appreciated.  

Miro’s authentication feels like it’s trying to be more secure than my bank, and no, that’s not a compliment.It seems like I have to re-authenticate every other day. Check out the frequency of Google Enterprise accounts for example, miro should NOT be more frequent than that. When I click on a link, and have to re-authenticate, the default is to create a new account. I just clicked on a miro link that someone shared, there’s 90% chance there that the majority of people already have an account and want to just sign in. I sign in with my browser because it doesn’t open the desktop app, but then it loads, so it loads the desktop app, but the desktop app can’t authenticate itself, so it opens a browser page to authenticate, but then after that, it goes back to the desktop app and leaves the tab open. This is ridiculous. The authentication token should be system wide and if I have the desktop app installed, it should default to opening there first if possible, but at the very least, if all
