Got 2 questions

1] Im trying to complete payment

 

 

and keep getting 404 error

 

how am I suppose to proceed payment then?

2] I can’t login to my desktop app

I’ve already re-install app and try some other things, nothing helped

What is your system configuration and are you using a VPN? Check https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572814-Supported-browsers-browser-restrictions to confirm your browser is supported. Also you might want to disable any extensions in the browser to see if that fixes the payment issue.

For the desktop app issue, if you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, are you getting it directly from Miro’s website here: https://miro.com/apps/ ?
