Hi, Good morning,May I ask what is the best way to create a Group? I can’t find any option to create a group.I would like to setup a dedicated Group for MindMapping, and might be one more. ThanksAman

I as able to connect the CA Agile application to Miro but once I try to use it, an initializing Rally message, and loading icon open up but it gets stuck there. Please help.  

While entering comment it did not come up with its standard look.  Just allowed to create some text, no formatting etc.  After pressing Enter comment totally disappeared.  I tried a few more times in different areas. They did not stick. None of them. Gone. Refreshed. Not there. Never happened before. Does anyone have an idea what has happened?  (there are a couple of old ones on the board that stuck with no problems). Does Comment C mean anything actually? thx

Since 2 days I can not access my board where i have all my notes! I tried different browsers, private mode etc. Nothing helps. How can I fix it? I have though one board shared with me and this works. Only those I have created dont! What Can i Do ??

I’m experiencing problems with loading the dashboard in the Chrome browser. In Safari everything is working fine, but in Chrome it keeps on showing the loading icon. Does anyone know how to solve this?  I updated my Macbook to the latest MacOS (Ventura 13.2.1)

FAO Miro Support!SSO login is broken for me and my colleagues - I just get the loading animation for ever, with 2 console errors.I’m posting this here because I need to be logged in to raise a support request :( We have a paid account (I work for sparx.co.uk).Is SSO login working for other users? I used to be able to “override” connection lines such that the line would connect to the connection “point” (i.e. the little dot on the top, bottom, left, and right of the object) that I wanted it to. This let you route connection lines so that they avoided crossing over other objects.This no longer seems to work. You cannot “force” the line to connect to a different side of the object.The default line connection here connect object 1 and object 3 intercepts object 2. I cannot change this by connecting the line to the top connection point of object 3. Is that a bug or an intended change? If it’s intended…. it is a poor experience and removes a very helpful feature.   

I decided to choose Miro because of the integrated video chat.Now in my Starter Plan the Video Chat doesn’t Work.The visitors with editor rights will see the prompt to join a started video chat. Camera + Micro rights are allowed. But neither image nor sound work.Partially the editing bar for the video chat disappears among the visitors.The error occurs in both Chrome and Firefox.What to do?

Spent an hour building my mind-map board - everything went nice and smoothly until I closed the board and wanted to access it in 5 minutes. It keeps showing me the bug the it cannot access the board. I tried refreshing, using different browser, different computer, nothing helped. The status page says everything is working fine, but it clearly isn’t. Lack of support and being forced to write a forum message most likely will prevent me being paid user as this seems like an awful service, but I would still like to access and download the board I created. The support email returned saying email isn’t configured, what a crap.Is that a common issue with the platform? Should I even bother waiting for this to be resolved? Is there an issue on my end? Like what the hell!

When I import a Visio file I would like to replace the Shapes from Visio to Standard Shape Pack "Flowchart". I can change within the same Shape Pack but I can't change it to another pack.My Question:Is there a way, I don't understand? Is there a plugin I can use? Is there anything in the code that can be altered (Widget shape typ change to). Thanks for your help. 

How to clear shape of node in Miro? There is node appeared with shape around it. And I can’t clear. 

Clicking on the frame in the sidebar causes the entire board to be shown.  I expected to see the frame of interest shown at 100%.  How do I reset this feature?

Hi,Good morning,While working in flow chart in Miro, I/we use arrow connections a lot, sometime they needed to the be on the both end, I use a arrow with a circle a lot, by default Miro shows on the below arrorw head by default. To use the arrow head with circle we have to click on … three dots, I would be great if rather than showing the default 4 arrow head, it used the recent used arrow heads, that would be a time saving. :)   Thanks RegardsAman

We have boards that are client-facing so that they can see an outline of the entire project from the beginning. Then, when we reach certain milestones, we ‘fill in’ the outline with the next stage.Since they have view access to the board throughout the entire process, is there a way to keep frames hidden but still work on them? For example, the end goal would be that while we’re in our “Step 1” we would be able to work on our “Step 2” without the clients seeing the messy progress until we officially issue “Step 2”.Right now, the hidden frames feature almost accomplishes this, but we can’t work on the frame without unhiding it, at which point the client can see it. 

I lean quite heavily on Alt + Click / Drag to duplicate objects. Pressing Alt in the Windows Desktop App reveals the top application ribbon (File, Edit, etc). Duplicating objects using the Alt method reveals the top application ribbon, bumping interface elements (left-hand tool tray, vertical scroll bar) down, then re-hiding and re-shifting when any subsequent action is performed. It’s not a major issue, more one of those "Serenity Now, Insanity Later” kind of things. For as much as I’ve used both the desktop app and the Alt + Click / Drag Duplication method, I can’t remember this being an issue until quite recently. Not sure if an update affected this. On the topic of Alt + Click / Drag to Duplicate in the Desktop App, I’ve also noticed a recent uptick where an object will appear duplicated but not actually duplicate (it’s non-selectable). I’ll need to close out and re-open the board for the object to not appear and the board to resume its fully synced functionality. It happens every

Hi,I’m new using Miro; I thought it seemed useful to make quick mind maps and I’m using it to take notes while studying for college.I’m very confused though… I can’t seem to edit the way a single node looks - color and shape.Last night I made this map: as you can see there’s a rectangle around (almost) every node, and I didn’t even choose to do that; the rectangle’s colors are all over the place (purple, yellow, blue black, green…???) and some nodes (see: SQUAMATA) are simple text, no rectangle at all.I can’t seem to change this. As you can see in the top right, when I click on a node I only get the option to change the connecting lines’ color (currently set to purple), and nothing else.What do I do?Thank you in advance. 

Hi All,Someone at my company has sent me a join team email and every time I click join team, it doesn’t work. It just takes me to the dashboard where it's not on my team list or settings. I have tried logging in and out, but that doesn’t work either.When I click the view team link he comes up with this error code:[error] "9e717cd0-f69f-49cc-a766-e57b58225b37"Can someone please help?Thanks,Adam

   Miro is missing fundamental collaboration features to become useful, even though it is positioned as a collaboration tool.   Without supporting vector graphics industry standard file formats to share files across teams and organizations which don’t use Miro it is impossible to effectively collaborate. It seems to me it is done on purpose to say - start using Miro instead of exporting graphics to other tools and if I’m right that is a poor strategy. Why I think so, it is because there are quite a number of requests to support different files formants and the best answers are “use what we already supported, like PDF” and because some important formats are supported for importing but not for exporting.   Anyway, Miro needs ability to import and export such file formats as SVG, DXF, VSDX is supported for importing (thank you) but not for exporting, CDR would be nice to have. That is the very minimum and exporting should be on par with importing. 

Hello lovely Lean-Agilists!  I come to you today for a bit of clarity.  If you were to explain Agile to someone who was previously unfamiliar, how do you convey what you do?
