Hi There, my business partner and I want to be able to view the contents of a Card simultaneously. Is this possible?

In the Atlassian Marketplace, there are 2 apps for Miro, Miro for Jira Cloud and Jira Cards by Miro.In the videos I am unable to tell if there is a difference between the 2 apps and do not want to apply 2 jira plugins if it is not necessary.  

We're switching from my freemium account to a paid corporate account.How do I please delete the content on the freemium board once it has been copied/pasted to the corporate paid account board? Thank a lot for your help.

Hi there, We are trying to integrate embed live miro board in our web app, it is working when users logged in miro. But when they are not login and I click on sign in, it will open a new tab to authenticate and after authentication it will close tab but frame is not automatically loading board. Do you have any idea what I have to do to resolve it?

Hello!My organisation wants to stop paying for Miro but we have many boards that I would like to keep and refer to. Does anyone know if these will still be viewable if downgraded? Saving me from sifting through everything and archiving? Thanks, Jo

We have SSO configured for our Miro instance and it works fairly well, but I’d like to ask if there is an option to automatically redirect SSO-enabled users to the SSO option on the login screen. Namely, we are seeing the following case - users tend to “miss” the SSO login option and try the Office 365 login option instead, which spams the admin team with admin approval requests and causes small inconveniences for both our admins and our users. Is there a way to detect the users that are enabled for SSO on the Office 365 login option and redirect them to SSO login instead?

I am on a free plan of Miro, the team admin has left the organisation and there is no way to reach out to Support. I have 43 members in the team, but I only need 25 members and I can’t remove the other ones as I don’t have admin right. Now, when I try to upgrade with 43 members, I get the below message on upgrade screen:Kind of stuck and have no clue how to move forward.

I have copied and pasted, duplicated frames and objects and created new a template in a MIRO board. Once they are on the board and I try to move them to a different part of the board they keep going back. Some when I paste in are pasting on top of other frames - which is definately not where I clicked. Is this a PC issue, I never had this problem on a MAC

How do I view who liked or copied my miroverse template?

I have a board where other users are invited as guest users.All the guest users have edit access and are signed in, therefore they also show up with their real names.The board is public and “secured” with a password.Since about 5-10 days the guest users are not able anymore to set any other assignee on cards than me (I’m the board owner). This was possible before. What do I have to do that my guest users can assign cards again to each other.I’m member of a company team (paid plan), the guest users obviously aren’t.

Do you know how to enable the tags? They are not visible on a board of one of the user of our team. Other members can see them.

We have been asked to enable Miro in our Webex Org but our testing shows the Miro integration is unusable in Webex. We have tested with Several machines, and we only see 20% Miro and 80% Whitespace after “open for all”. Since we cannot reach out to support, we will let out users know the integration is not supported. 

Hi, It seems like callouts get weird shapes in a Best Quality PDF export.  The same callouts are fine under a “small file size” PDF.Is it just me or does anyone else see this?A callout in Best quality PDF 

Hello!My team and I have been using the same Miro board for developing our roadmaps for different companies, but now we want to make it available for other teams throught embedding it in a sharepoint portal - a different one for each company. However, when I first tried to try it, the link was still allowing to navegate around the board . Is there anyway I can embed a specific frame so each company will only see their roadmap? Thank you! 

I’m running the desktop app version 0.3.32 on Mojave.  It notifies me about an update, but after relaunch some times later the notification shows up again.  Any idea what goes wrong here?

I would appreciate to have a more advanced mind-map, each of the blocks having:title rich text description including text images links What are the options to extend existing mind-map nodes and create custom blocks and then custom mind-map template? 

We create widgets via the Miro API and query them afterwards back. We need to know which widgets are what (e.g. to find stickers placed within a specific widget). So far, we rely on the text to match the enclosing widget. Yet, this leads to issues if users change the text in the Miro UI and it’s cumbersome if boards are localized (i.e. lots of text variants to match). (Aa an alternative, we considered storing the Miro widget ID but that’s tricky as it requires us to hold this state.) We would like to send a hidden marker to the API during widget creation, which is then returned when querying for widgets. As a parallel, consider the ID field in HTML elements: The developer sets it, website users don’t see it and can’t change it, yet developers can query the elements afterwards with this ID via `getElementById`.

I’m needing to understand why I cannot view the lines connecting in my mind map, I'd love for them to be thicker but can’t figure out how to do that.Otherwise I”ll need to recreate it as a different type of map.Any suggestions?  

Is there a way to sync Features, Capabilites or even EPICs from Rally to Miro ?If not, is there any plan to add this ?

Hello all!Does anyone know when Google Image Search will be available again? How long do we have to wait, it was such a useful feature to import pictures quickly onto the board. Need it badly..

I renamed a board and it disappeared, being replaced by a new blank board with the renamed name.I was only able to restore the deleted board (which the Miro interface admitted was deleted, because it offered to restore it!!!) once I went in to my browser history and found the link of the deleted board.What is going on? I almost had a heart attack because my whole board disappeared!Please check and correct this bug! Contact me Miro for more details if needed.Chris

Dears, I wanted to share my experience with uploading photos using Miro mobile app. I have done so, waiting for the photos to be seen on the board. As I have taken a few photos I am sure I have seen them uploaded as I had to move them around to accommodate them all on the board. However, once I’ve opened the board via desktop a few days later, there were no photos to be found + no proof in the board’s history of any such action. The support assumes that I have not waited for the photos to be uploaded as the feature works for them. Well, yeah.If you are using the mobile app, please be mindful and check your boards later on (before disregarding the photographed materials). Do not trust the mobile app, it might deceive you.
