My project is as follows:

Our leadership team and other stakeholders have made several requests to get customer references for a new product we have. I would like to have single source of truth to track outreach to the sales account teams to get their buy-in in doing a customer story. We also would like a way to have alternate customer accounts available in case a customer is not willing to do a customer reference. Tracking when outreach happened and the outcomes of each interaction with these sales account teams for eahc respective customer would be great.

Leadership will want to see how things are going in terms of progress towards getting these references, so we also would like a high-level, super easy to read and understand dashboard of our progress.

What template or custom template is recommended?
