I’ve been cleaning unused boards, and have narrow it down to just one, but now I’m not able to create a new one. It keeps pushing me towards the upgrade for a paid plan.Does anyone had this issue before and know how to solve it?

dear miro team,i have made a big board one month ago. These days i am modifying it but i can duplicate it. When i do that, there is a sentence “sorry, something went wrong.” This board is very important and i have tried many different way try to copy everything to a new board. But i try to paste it to a new board, it shows “this board can’t duplicate”.I want to know how to fix this problem. I have the education plan btw. and i am the owner of this board.thank a lot.

We have enabled SSO on MIRO few weeks ago. Ealier users were using form based authentication. After enabling SSO, users are not able to change their names. What Should we do for name change?

This page makes it sound like Company Admins can edit templates: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012777280And, while I see the option to edit, and it opens the template, I don’t have the ability to change it in any way (the toolbar on the left is just the select tool).Is there something I’m missing? The “Extended Content Admin permissions” checkbox is checked.I can see the edit option.Only the select tool shows on the toolbar.Extended Content Admin permissions enabled. 

I have some issues on the sizing of the subnodes in a mindmap I have created. Some of them are suddenly bigger than others and cannot change this. Could someone advise please? Or is this a bug in the system? 

I am having an issue where I group multiple items together in a template, save the template, and upon re-opening it some (but not all) of the groups have been un-grouped. Why is this happening?

Hi, Has anyone noticed that the keyboardshortcuts aren’t working as expected using Microsoft Edge? A popular one we use is Alt → (any arrow key) to copy an object in whatever direction but in Edge this is resizing a window and moving it to part of the screen. For example alt + → makes edge half the screen and moves it to the right of the screen. This isn’t documented in Edge’s shortcuts but until now alt = → would copy the item to the right. So, has anyone experienced? Have you found a way to restore the previous behaviour? Am I going mad?

Hi there,Apologies I’m new to Miro, trying to create my first board but when clicking on “templates”, the page just perpetually loads. I’ve accepted all cookies when opening the page and have tried to view in Chrome and MS Teams but getting the same result.Not sure if it’s a security setting or something to do with popups being blocked but not sure how to proceed / troubleshoot further. Has anyone had a similar issue / any luck in resolving? Thanks,Ruby

DRAWING MODEI like to draw ideas on Miro.Following is an example: The time consuming thing about this is to anchor the elements to the board squares so that I get the right sizes for the shapes.  If I could turn on an anchoring feature where I can easily anchor the points to the grid that would be a huge time saver.Trading View has that for their drawings btw.

maybe because I'm using a personal account, maybe because (it's safe) I don't really understand how to do it. I would like to use Miro as a 'working environment'. I would like to be able to present a word document, for example, written with office365 (I have my own company account, different from the account I use on miro at the moment), to show the actual text not just a symbolic link. Can this be done with Miro?

Hi there! is there a way to create a frame with a resolution of 300 and the same dimensions as an A1 size? This is for designers who require a clear and readable physical copy of the Miro-frame. Thank you!

Hi,I am using Google Maps live content, but google maps does no stay open, I have to click open every time  i want to see the map 

(chrome or safari) Dragging kanban cards does copying but copied one doesn’t show until i refresh the page or quit to dashboard and back.

Please I will need someone that I could work with through Miro for a week or two . 

Is there any reason why the CTRL key is not working?When I checkt the shortcut page, it appears the CTRL key is not defined. It says %PrimaryModifier%, see below. I want to use CTRL key to move one branch to another in MindMap template. Thank you  

I create a lot of boards and we link them on other boards and in other applications, however all the miro links only have a number unless we embed that particular board. I’d like to have the names not numbers as otherwise it’s easy to miss outdated links currently the boards just come up with miro.com/app/board then a mix of letters and numbers, can this be changed to the board name? E.g. miro/com/app/board/OMCARTPI20?

Hello,I have been added to a Miro board without consent. Now, while all other members have left the board, I do not have the option to either leave the board or delete the board (I am not the owner just editor). While this may have been a “joke” played by some less than decent folks, I do need to leave this board as soon as possible. Any helps and/or suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance,

I have a free tier miro account and our company has an enterprise account, I’m on the same account on each. I need to move my boards to the enterprise account but I can’t seem to share the board from the free account to the enterprise.When I click “move board” I only get an option to move the board to another project (not team) and there are no project options listed.

Anyone know what this error means? The title of my project is showing up as a grey box with this error.
