I would like to set up an automation between Miro and ProductPlan using Zapier. Trigger: Sticky added to a Miro boardAction: Add contents to ProductPlan roadmap parking lot Unfortunately Zapier informs that only Miro actions are available.

Hello. When I try to add a custom color, only the color spectrum slider is working not the precise gradient identifier. It is stuck in the upper right corner of the pallet. It cannot be moved from the upper right corner. The dropper does not fix it, either.  

Cant add a new colour in the colour picker.

I am quite convinced it used to be possible to navigate from frame to frame using the arrow keys when in presentation mode. Seems to not be possible now and you have to use the mouse. Am I losing my mind or did this change recently?

Hi all,I’ve seen some of the articles around board sizes and max users, but wanted to clarify a few things as I’m planning to use Miro for a large event.What is the maximum number users a board can handle and does that change whether they are a commenter or viewer? What happens if the maximum is reached? Can cursors be turned off by the admin or is it controlled per user? Are jpegs/pngs preferred over drawn graphics and shapes regarding memory use? Do different plans give different levels of stability? E.g. Business, Enterprise, etc?If this is successful, we will be doing more of these events, so if anyone at Miro sees this I’d be interested in discussing further.Thanks all!Lewis

Hi everyone.I’m a teacher, and I teach my students on Miro. I normally uploud pictures, screenshots and the like, and my students see them. But today my student siad he saw just grey shapes instead of my pictures. So they’re uploaded, I can see them, but not my students. It/s the first time my student hasn’t seen pictures on Miro. I’m in Russia, he’s in another country, which is probably the cause of the problem. Or no?

It would be really nice if I could select the frames I want to export to PDF rather than having to export the whole board and then delete the frames I don’t want.

Hi All. I have seen a few old posts about this but was hoping since the last one someone has found a solution .. I am looking for a way to backup all of my boards in bulk. So instead of doing it board by board, I want to be able to download all of my RTB’s in 1 go. Then, I want to import them all in 1 go also. Has anyone managed to solve this of found a 3rd party that can? Looking at https://magicul.io/miro-backup but not sure if they do what I want. Thanks

The collaborators cannot see the images I have brought into my board

I’ve created an organisation chart, but I need to reduce the size of its layout. Every time I try to bring the nodes closer together, the other nodes, get further away, or the node jumps back to its original position.  How can I stop miro from doing this, so I can make it smaller!

Hello, the curved lines in Miro seem very smooth. What algorithm does Miro use for drawing lines?

The organizational structure for Miro needs additional capabilities to support various models of coordination and collaboration.For example, being able to have a nested project structure would be very useful.Second, being able to adjust how much of a list of project names are visible (either on the web or in the app) would be incredibly helpful. Thanks!

Lately haven’t been able to see any images on my boards. All the images are just white. What should I do?

I’m using the BPMN shapes pack, when I’ve selected multiple shapes it doesn’t provide an option to align/distribute like with basic shapes. Is this a bug or a new feature that would need to be requested?

Hello, I have a problem with payment for my account. Earlier, I had 2 people in my team but I paid $10 monthly. Now I'm the only person in the team but suddenly I must pay $23.80 and I don't know why. Could you please explain this phenomenon? 

Anyone using this Miro Marketplace App Clusterizer | Affinity-Clustering Plug-in for Miro: (refractivestrategy2.com)It was working awesome until this morning… seems to glitch when Building the Network Map at the last step of adding Line Connectors between Stickies and the Tab Circles.

Using Miro now quite a while over the browser. Kinda uncomfortable so i tried downloading the miro app on my mac. I got a MacBook Pro 16-inch 2019. Version is Sonoma 14.1.1. But it tells me that the Miro app is not supported on this Mac. Somebody knows why it shows me this and can help me maybe. Would be grateful for it.

HelloWe have an enterprise account and we are seeing that when new user accounts are created or logins are accepted they always appear on two of the teams by default. How can we configure this? One of the teams should be restricted and it is causing problems because everyone has access and can create boards, etc.Thanks

Появилась позможность купить 50 лицензий на ТП Стартовый, но, чтоб сотрудники остались в действующующих командах с досками, которыми сейчас имеют доступ. Как можно купить 50 лицензий и повысить профиль каждого сотрудника? Есть такая возможность? Или нужно создать отдельную команду, купить на неё тариф с 50 лицензиями и завести туда всех нужных пользователей?

Having a text field containing 41 lines of text (would fit on a single A4 page) I run into a limitation with highlighting text.In this text field, 10 lines are highlighted - and that seems to be a limit.If I try to highlight anything more I get the message “Your changes can not be applied as you have reached the text limit”.I wonder that I still can make some text in that field bold without running into that limit.Can anyone explain which limit I reached?

HelloWe are currently in the midst of swapping our IDP from OKTA to Azure. My question is if someone has done something similar before and we could expect go wrong.I have set up sandbox testing for SCIM etc in azure and it works as intenteded. Problem is what happens later when we deactivate SCIM with OKTA and enable SCIM with Azure. Username/email will be the same so the all user should match as before just a different IDPWill all the users still disappear and be reinvited? What happens to the data/board?
