I would like to share as presentation, but I have frames that overlap other frames and it is full of frame borders. Can we just turn them off like in regular presentation?

Hi ,Partial Content disappeared in free plan. The frams and the subject are there but my created Mindmap and screen shot even my words and summery are gone! 

Hey! I’ve deleted a user and transferred all of their boards to me. However I can’t see any of the private boards they had. Are they deleted with the user? Can I retrieve them and find them somewhere or are they gone forever?

After opening the boards, the window is closing immediately.How can I solve this problem?We tried to reduce the number of visuals by eliminating half of them, but the problem is still continuing. 

Hey,pretty much as the title says. I bought a paid plan before realizing there is an education plan. I contacted support, they gave me a refund and told me to put in an application for the education plan but I didn’t hear from them in almost a month. I told friend of mine that also uses miro about the education plan (we are both 1st years in uni) and his application got accepted 5 days after submitting it. Am I being ghosted, or did I get rejected?

Hello, please help me remove 52 guests from my free board who are constantly viewing my boards. I'm begging you (my plan is free).

hiya.i just started using miro so apologies if this has been asked or is obviously out there somewhere however i have been unable to find.i am looking for a process where i can nimbly create a sticky, add text to it, add a tag, and then create another, without my hands having to leave the keyboard. i have figured out parts of this flow and others i cannot. the issues i’m encountering in this flow are indicated below.creating sticky: i was having success creating a sticky but now it prompts me every time for a color of sticky. i found documentation on selecting a preferred color in color palette preferences but i cannot find this anywhere in settingsadding a tag with a keyboard shortcut: unable to figure out the keyboard shortcut for this, or if there is a syntax i can use to add the tag (like a hashtag, which doesn’t seem to be the way) please advise. if this is not implemented please advise on how i can assist.thank you. edit: additionally, if there is a way to jump into the tool bar

I am using the free version of Miro and have always been able to upload photos, documents etc and access other options via the » More Tools link. but now none of these are available in my toolbar. The only thing that has happened recently is that I was invited to access a Miro board as a visitor using a link with a password. Ever since then I don’t seem to be able to upload anything even if I create a brand new board

Hello, previously I believe participants’ cursors were shown by default. Now, certainly in the App, I have the issue that cursors are hidden by default so every time I’m working on a board with others, I have to select to show cursors.Is there a way to set cursors visible by default?

HiWhen I use my own (free) Miro account I have a ‘Stickies Capture’ icon that allows me to import a photo of some post-its and convert them to Miro Stickies. I was doing some work for a client using their Miro board (they have some form of enterprise license I believe as they are a huge company) but I don’t see the ‘Stickies Capture’ icon on their board. Does anyone know why this would be - is it perhaps a configuration setting that my client has chosen not to enable. If I search tools for ‘stickies’ it doesn’t return the option.ThanksGRant 

Hello Community,I have a question regarding the Miro API that I hope someone can help clarify.I've noticed that there seems to be a significant delay between the time I create a board in the Miro web UI and when it becomes accessible via the endpoint `https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/`. Can anyone provide insight into the exact time it typically takes for this API, specifically this endpoint, to reflect newly created boards?Additionally, I've encountered a peculiar situation where some freshly created boards are not visible through the `https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/` endpoint, yet they can be accessed using `https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}` endpoint (with the board ID retrieved from the Miro web UI URL). Can someone explain this inconsistency in visibility?Thank you in advance for your assistance!Best regards,  Vas

Hey Miro, don’t you want students to adopt your tool?When on an Education Plan, it’s not possible anymore to create a board that students can edit during say a workshop. So, as an educator, I can’t let design students learn design thinking methods through hands-on work in Miro anymore 😩But people at Miro, you really want students to adopt your tools. Believe me, they are going to advocate for it at their future workplaces when they get to use it as students.I work within the SaaS business myself, and I think you’ve made a mistaken when doing feature changes in your usage tiers.

Hi I am Edo :)As Head of People of a group of companies I have a huge MIRO board with all the orgcharts of all companies in the group To share with specific groups of people only some orgcharts,→ I am looking for a way to share only one or specific frames within the board, and not the whole board. Is that possible, if yes how? Thanks already for all your inputs.Edo

We have a team with a free education license. Under team user settings, there’s no option to upgrade anyone else to a Team Admin. How do we do this?  

I created a massive org chart, pretty much horizontal... Which makes it very hard to see the overview. Therefore some parts of my chart i would like to change from horizontal to vertical.I see there are vertical templates (Vertical Org Chart is one of them), I also see in one of the questions here that it’s possible to click on an icon to change the orientation, but in my chart that icon is not visible... any help would be appreciated :)thank you

Hi, everyone! I was on a trial for the collaborative package, and before the trial ended, I remember canceling it. However, a few weeks later, I received a notification from my bank stating that they couldn’t process a $50 payment from MIRO.com due to insufficient funds.  I’ve tried canceling multiple times because I can’t afford to continue with this plan or any other plan, but every time I attempt to cancel, I get an error message saying that the cancellation was unsuccessful. Shortly after, I receive another notification from my bank stating that MIRO.com tried to collect the payment again, but it failed due to insufficient funds.  What should I do now? They’ve mentioned that if I don’t pay, this billing will roll over to the next one. Does this mean I’ll have to pay $100 next month?

I’ve just checked my recent boards and don’t see any boards which I had an access before as a guest user. I starred the board, BUT I can't see it anywhere. Has miro done something with it?

When I redeemed Miro’s Microsoft for Startup, it showed the free Miro plan but it shoudl show buiness plan. Any solution for such problem ?

Hello community, I'm currently working with the Miro API endpoint:https://api.miro.com/v2/orgs/{org_id}/members In this endpoint, I noticed that there is a `license` query parameter.After conducting some tests within my enterprise organization, I found that I could only create users with the full and free license attributes.I would like to understand how I can set some users to have the following license attributes:- occasional, free_restricted, full trial and unknown. Could someone please explain the different license options available in Miro and how to implement them through the API?Thanks in advance,BR Vas
