I've read that for OCR to work, the image resolution must be at least 640x480 (https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/22401862585234-OCR-Optical-Character-Recognition-Beta-release).
Does this mean that OCR won't work in a smaller image? in icons, 16x16 pixels for example.
