Hi, Miro Community!

I was using the trial period of subscription becuase I just want to use it for exporting my chart for high quality and I only use it for once but I didn’t realize that my free trial was over and my debit card has been charged $20, this money is a lot to me now as a student. It is my last allowance. 

I receive a confirmation email that my ticket has been received but after that I have received no reply. This refund is incredibly important to me as it represents my entire academic allowance, and I'm currently struggling to afford my studies without it.

I hope somone can help me.

Sorry to hear you’re having issues. If you submitted a ticket and have confirmation, then someone will be in touch shortly. There is a list of requests to get through so we ask for some patience; as a paying customer, submitting a ticket on your own was the fastest option to get help on this.
