Kia ora!  Is there a quick way that I can freeze columns and rows in a table, so that I can still see the first three column headings and top row (for example), but can scan across to other sections of the table?So in the attached pic, I’d like to freeze the columns in pink, and scroll across to the blue or green sections in the table.If anyone could please help with this query, or a better way of troubleshooting what I’m asking for, I’d be really grateful.Thanks!

As I am developer miro platform,Is that request from me to upgrade my accounts?

When signing in I am asked to create a team, but my colleagues on the same domain already did, so I should just be able to join a team. I do not find a way to pass the screen without creating a double team as in the image below.  

I am setting up a template for Workshops and would like to have a single board that is used by the Facilitator and the participants but where the instruction to lead the various activities are not viewable by the participants, just the facilitator.Is this possible currently with Miro or do I need to create 2 separate boards?I have seen other posts on the topic that all end with a post about new features that enable the desired capabilities but I haven’t been able to see how, so I’m posting this in the hopes of getting some instructions on how to achieve the goal.Thanks!

Hi all,I uploaded an image (office plan) to Miro and used it as a template to draw lines to trace the walls. Now I wanted to delete the image because I no longer need it. However, the lines also disappeared, even though they are not grouped with the image.Does anyone have any idea what the reason for this could be and how I can keep the lines independently of the image?Thanks in advance for your help!  

Hello,We are using kanban template which is really nice and helpful and we recently noticed that we cannot expand the cards with all the information , from a mobile browser or mobile app. Is this a know issue? Dear Miro friends, I would like to ask for your help.I use the Kanban Framework as a prospecting funnel, and currently, I am unable to access the cards to edit their descriptions and dates.Do you know if this is a system error or something like that?

I have our Miro as a channel in our MS Teams group. While in our Kanban board, I have visual notes on the side that all team members can edit. It has been working flawlessly for over a year. Last week, the visual notes disappeared from the MS Team version of Miro, but is still visible and editable online and on phones and tablet. The notes tool is also missing from Tools, Media, & Integrations on MS Teams, but is still available online and on phone and tablet. How do I get Visual Notes to reappear on the MS Teams version?

Dear Folks,I am a returning miro user. I used miro for my personal works mostly. I am free user. Then let me simply summarize all for you to help me…1-strted as a free user2-Joined to a project where they used a paid-team account3-They picked me as new team leader and joined their team4-It’s (project) over at the moment5-While I was in their team my all 3 boards somehow became their team boards6-I want to return to my personal state but always seen a team admin when logged in and app says my boards are in that team7- When I say leave team, app says select a new admin (does that even mean my boards are going to theirs?)8-when I try to select delete team, a warning comes up your boards are going to be deleted! and I don’t want that to happen because they are my personal things and I want to be able to work on them.9-Only option seem like creating a 1 person paid-team. Am I forced into this?Can someone please explain this process for me? Do I have to swtich to 1 member paid-team? or is th

Hello, We have a colleague who has a new email address as a result of a name change.  When accessing with our prior SSO System, (Okta), this was not an issue and she could access all of her boards.  We’ve recently switched to another SSO provider (EntraID) and she can only access boards that were created with her new email address.As an Admin, I can’t see where I can update her information.  Looking for any guidance.Thanks!

I'm working in miro on a flow chart that looks ok but I’m not all that trained in flow charts and want to use Miro AI to improve it, Is there a way using Miro AI assistant for the ai to scan my flow chart and then provide a more professional version of that flow chart?

Good morning, I was trying to share my application with another Miro user so they can return the authorization code and exchange it for an access token. However, I can't find where the authorization code is returned. In the video tutorial it shows it in the link, but when I accept the installation of the application it sends me directly to the list of boards and I don't see the link that appears in the tutorial. Is there any other place where I can see that authorization code?

Hello. After downgrading to free plan my 2 of 3 boards have view only, I cannot edit on the boards. I would like to know why it happens. In free plan there are 3 boards available for editing. I have only 3 boards in general. 2 of them I cannot edit after downgrading. Why?Thank you for responding.  

Hi,I am using this endpoint https://developers.miro.com/reference/get-items-within-frame. If:parent_item_id = {frame_id} - it works as described. parent_item_id = id of not-frame - 404 item not found and that is valid parent_item_id = 0 - items that are not in any frame - without parent node in JSON responseThe last one is very convenient to use, however it is not mentioned in the documentary. Could you please tell whether it is a bug and i should not use that, or is that a fair way of getting free-placed items

Hey, I need to download a document from a White Board using item_id and board_id. Is there anyway I can do it with any of Miro APIs available? If not, any suggestions on how to do that?Thanks!

HelloI heard that Miro generously supports Ukraine and Ukrainian people, and thus there has been a possibility for Ukrainian users to get their plans upgraded for free. Is there still such a possibility? And what is needed for that? I’ve already upgraded my plan though. I would be grateful for your response. Thanks in advance! 

Hi,I’d like to cancel my subscription as I won’t be able to use my card—my wallet was stolen, and my card was inside. I’ve already closed my account, and my bank has informed me when I’ll be able to reopen it.I’d love to renew my subscription once I get a new card, but I’m concerned that I might still be charged in the meantime. My concern is that if i left it alone there will be Occuring charges stacking. Can anyone help me
