Hey everyone! I wanted to share a little bit more about Miro Live Embed which we announced yesterday. Miro Live Embed enables you to access your Miro boards from many of your favorite team collaboration products, including: Airtable, Coda, Confluence, Jira Software, Trello, Procore, RemoteHQ, and Whereby.  We hope the Live Embed experience makes your workflows simpler, removing the need for hopping between tabs and tools, and helps put the whiteboard at your fingertips when you need it most. We also hope that we can make it easy for any product or service to benefit from a live collaborative whiteboard experience, without requiring a lot of development effort. Our API makes it really easy to integrate Live Embeds, with partners having done it in just a few hours. Introducing Attention Management – a powerful facilitation functionality that ensures your remote workshop participants never get lost and are constantly engaged in collaboration.    Attention Management is a powerful facilitation feature for remote meetings and workshops. We’ve released a series of enhancements and new resources to help you design and facilitate amazing online sessions in Miro.     Setup and Preparation Visual Notes - Set an agenda, add instructions, or an outline of the board for easy audience onboarding.  *New* Meeting and Workshop Templates - Get a head start designing your boards. Check out the new templates available in-app in the Templates Library. Lock - Lock elements and templates to the background to avoid accidental editing. User Management & Admin Settings   The following updates are available for Enterprise plan users only Domain Control Verify and claim company-owned domains to automatically capture newly registered users under your existing Enterprise subscription. You can also prevent users from creating new subscriptions to enable seamless collaboration under a centrally managed, company account. Free Restricted License Introducing a new license type to enable organization-wide collaboration. If your account has reached the cap for day passes and full licenses, new users will now be automatically added as viewers/commenters. They can request edit access in the Miro app which will notify company admins to approve the request for additional licenses.  Team Discovery  Improved settings that allow company and team admins to set up options for how users can see and join different teams. Integrations    Available for Enterprise plan users only Onboarding and offboarding users in Miro just got easier. With direct integrations with Azure AD and Okta, admins can now simplify user management via SCIM. Visual Notes is a fully-functional text editor you can use to create meeting notes, project summaries, board annotations, and more, without switching between Miro and note-taking apps.
