    We would like the ability for multiple people to have the capability to modify a custom shape pack.  We’ve created a team shape pack to conveniently hold the shapes we use most frequently but currently only the creator can modify putting.

    Multiple sets of tags (for a single board)Open

    HiI would like to be able to create (at least) a second set of tags on a board.We use tags a lot, and sometimes make additions to the title of stickers to distinguish between different “areas” of some sort, or define different frames to encapsulate different things. The current tag feature works great (although more color options would also be nice 😉) enabling an easy way to show an overview (in our case e.g. showing status).A second tag set could enable an even better overview, e.g. by showing both to which improvement initiative (or similar) that a sticker belongs, while still showing status.

    Show cursors by default on every boardOpen

    Hello, After a recent update, cursors are not displayed on boards by default anymore. We have to toggle the option on every board everytime, which is annoying… It would be a great to have a general setting to view cursors by default on every board. You would still have the option on boards to display them or not, but this option would be on or off by default thanks to this general setting.  Best regards

    Planner for Jira - Column CustomizationOpen

    In Jira’s Kanban, you’re able to customize the names of the columns. For example, if you want to group In Progress and In Testing under one column in Jira, you can go into Configure, go to the Columns tab, and rename a WIP Row in the Kanban Backlog to anything you want.I want to be able to have my board in Miro reflect this change. Right now, you are only able to use the column names that are available in the Jira project. Customizations in Jira on your boards are not reflected in Miro. Even if that can’t be mirrored directly, I’d love to be able to edit the names.Same for swim lanes - it would be great to change the title of each row to what I have in Jira itself.

    Ability to Template Default SectionsOpen

    It would be ideal to have a section template that can be created at the Team Admin level to enable teams to use as part of a Space. This way there’s an ability to remove the manual efforts. Additional it would be great to have sections based on different types of Spaces. Thoughts?

    API Connector for Power Platform (Microsoft)Open

    As an asset manager I currently have to a) manage the licenses inside our management hub build on the power platform by Microsoft and b) manage the allocations of licenses for our users inside the Miro UI by hand.By giving us some sort of API-access that connects to the power platform we could allocate licenses via workflows from our hub directly into the Miro organisation automatically and therefore could save a lot of time and effort.As far as I know, it’s possible to use SCIM and Azure for automatic onboarding of users, but no way for reallocating licenses.Kind regards and merry christmas!

    User Story MappingOpen

    When editing text in the cells in a User Story Map Framework disable the ctrl-<arrow> shortcut which adds cells in the direction of the arrow.  I’m probably not the only one that uses ctrl-arrow to quickly move the cursor around the copy within the cell while editing text, it is maddening to be popping new cells all over the place while trying to edit text.  I would think the UX of cursor control in this method pre-dates the new cell shortcut by many years.IMO this shortcut would remain when selecting a cell, but not in text edit mode.Thank you

    Single vote on a groupOpen

    Right now when I use the group object functionality and select two or more sticky notes when I allow folks to vote they can still click on the individual sticky notes in the group.  I would like them to be able to only vote on the group.   This makes it hard as the group might have 6 votes but it split 3/3 across two cards and then is not ranked properly.  This makes running a retrospective with the tool more difficult.Thank you.

    Ability to Share Boards Without Sending NotificationsOpen

    In Google, we can share files with users, and then choose whether or not the users will receive a notification the file has been shared with them. In Miro, a person is notified by default, with no option to turn the notification off. This becomes difficult when we are changing the sharing settings on a file everyone in a team can view, which often means people are sent unnecessary/irrelevant notifications. Can we have the ability to turn off sending people notifications when sharing a file?

    Ability to Batch Download Groups of Images or FilesOpen

    Hello, Our users would like to be able to batch download multiple images/files at once. They frequently need to download dozens of images from a board and it is time-consuming to download them all individually. (One user had to download 400 images individually.)  Being able to queue/batch-download groups of files, like you can in Google Drive, would be very helpful.

    Embed Miro board into Miro Board: make the iFrame update the way embedded Google Docs do.Open

    Embed Miro Board “A” into Miro Board “B”.  This is an obscure and awesome feature in Miro … If you haven’t tried it… try it.You can ‘export’ board as an iFrame. (upload/export button, ‘Embed’) You can import “Paste iFrame code” ( ‘...’ at bottom of left toolbar ) You can get an activate-able iFrame of board “A” in board “B”  which is cool.. inside board “B” you can tunnel into board “A” and at least scroll around the content of board “A”.  Think of it more a window than a door at this point.  Wish List item would be:  1) at least make the content/state of the embedded iFramed board (board ‘A’ in our example) be updated upon each click/activation of the iFrame. ( This is how the embedded ‘live’ Google Docs feature works. What happens now is that once activate an iFrame of Miro board A in Miro board B that state of board A is cached and never changed until you refresh or close/open B. Which means you can never get ‘live’ updates of things changing in A.  2) at best go so far as to enable editing of A through B… in so far as you have editing auth in A as you have done in the google docs scenario (I realize its probably sizable lift what with the transfer of permissions and user auth… and board sharing is still pretty beta in Miro overall )

    Jira Cards - Track Issue Details When Issue Moved to New Jira ProjectOpen

    We have separate Jira projects for enhancement requests and committed work. When an enhancement request ticket is committed to, we move it to the new Jira project and the issue key changes. Jira is able to maintain the historical details and the original issue key/web link will redirect to the new one. We use Jira cards when we do PI planning for the enhancement requests. However, once the issues are moved to the new project, the cards do not update. Clicking “source” will take you to the new ticket with the correct details but the cards are dead and maintain the details as they were before the move. This is frustrating as we would like the board/cards to stay updated.

    Embed read-only view of a frame on another boardOpen

    In our organization, we have multiple Obeya’s, each on a Miro board. Some information is useful to show on multiple Obeya boards, but we want to have one single source of that information.So our wish is to be able to have a regular frame that contains the source information and place a read-only view of that frame on multiple other boards. If something is changed in the original frame, the changes are reflected on the other boards when they are opened again.

    Change the colour of iconsOpen

    In order to have consistency in my board, I would love to be able to use the same icon but change the colour to represent different things (for example, to represent different teams, or statuses or just to match the colours used on cards etc.)Appreciate that this would not make sense for all icons but is possible on other sites like iconfinder.

    Import a timeline from Microsoft Project Pro for us on MIRO board.Open

    I am building a MIRO board for a project and one way to keep the team on track is to include the timeline. As a project manager I'd love to import the timeline from Microsoft Project Pro so that I am not duplicating my work. Currently all I can do is put a screenshot of my timeline in a frame on MIRO. So I have to update it manually any time I make changes to the MPP doc.Ideally I’d import the timeline and be able to link from major milestones/deliverables to the document associated with that milestone/deliverable.Is there an app or plugin in the works for Microsoft Project Pro?

    Clearer usage rights indication for iconsOpen

    Hi,until today I - naively - assumed that the icons that are available via Miro (and integrations such as iconfinder) can be used without restrictions. I now realise that there might be restrictions for commercial use or that attribution may be required.I have two issues with that:you should insert the attribution / rights WITH the icon. If I have to go to iconfinder to find the icon and the attribution, THEN I can do that easier rightaway and NOT use the integration. You need to make this much clearer. You are putting your users at risk of litigation by only having a small info bubble. The way you offer iconfinder it is not at all clear that this is a 3rd party product and that the icons may require attribution of may exclude certain kinds of uses.I hope you can fix this. Tbh, it’s actually quite shocking how lax this was handled from Miro’s end.thanks

    Import XML sitemap file to generate a visual sitemap in Miro automaticallyOpen

    When I have a preexisting website and i’m going to restructure all it’s pages in Miro, I would prefer to import the site’s XML file and have Miro create all the diagram nodes for me, instead of creating it from scratch. Is there a way to import an XML file into Miro? Or import an CSV or any other method to get a jump start on drawing the site map? It seems like there should be. This app does a great job of making a visual sitemap automatically from an existing website XML file and then you can edit the diagram: https://octopus.do/. I would love this import feature in Miro so I don’t have to recreate a sitemap when one already exists.

    Arrange stickies in circles or other shapes.Open

    It would be great if stickies could also be arranged in a circle, e.g.I often use stickies with participants’ names on to create a virtual circle as if we were together in a room. This helps with doing rounds of feedback or idea sharing. It often takes very  long to arrange these stickies in a circle, because you can only easy-arrange it in grids at the moment.

    Edit Tables on Mobile AppOpen

    I use the new tables feature all the time and I love it. I also use the mobile app all the time and love it. I would love to be able to edit the data inside cells of the table from the mobile app. Also, I am having a difficult time figuring out how to move the table around on the board. I can select it, but I’m not able to move it.

    Have tools, media and integrations sidebar available when recording talktracksOpen

    I have been trying to record talktracks for my team to show them how to access certain tools/features, but I find the talktracks aren’t useful because my miroboard enters into “presentation” mode when I click record rather than staying on the user end. Please make sidebars available when recording talktracks.

    Good afternoon. I teach mathematics. It is very inconvenient to use the Line tool. Because there is a binding to the elements. And sometimes it works very poorly when there are many different elements in the geometry in the drawing.I would like you to implement the function of quickly building straight lines by pressing a key on the keyboard. A perfect example: in the Microsoft Whiteboard application. When Marker mode (Pen) is enabled, hold down the SHIFT key. You can build a huge number of lines and shapes, respectively.
