Situation: there are many connected objects and lines between them. As the number of grouped objects and lines increase, it might be nessecary to move groups of objects around and the customized line ‘flow’ does no longer fit into a logical path. If one could reset the connecting lines to its simplest form, that would be useful so that you don’t need to individually change all the lines to fit the new setup. 

Please add a method t to reset the waypoints (white circles on the line) for all selected lines. The benefits are:

  • Improve user experience of moving around shapes in all diagramming features.
  • Improve the utility of the Miro AI diagramming features. 
    • When Miro AI generates a diagram with the Grid connection path, it sets way-points for each line. Changing to curved or straight keeps those waypoints

Time-burning work-around

The time-burn work-around is to remove the waypoints one at a time,However the work-around defeats the efficiency purpose of using AI to diagram. The work-around is:

  • Double-click on the waypoints (small white circle) on every line.
