I want to be able to easily migrate Whimsical Boards to Miro boards. It would be great if I could just copy and paste the whimsical boards to Miro but If I could import the whimsical boards into miro that would be fine as well.
HelloI’ve noticed in Miro you can reorganise the frames in the open frames navigation bar but this reorganisation doesn’t carry over to the actual workspace (so the frames don’t automatically reorganise themselves to match the open frames navigation). This means having to manually unlock all of the frames and move them individually which doesn’t make sense to me at all and is very time consuming. I also find it really frustrating that when you duplicate a frame, it automatically goes straight to the end of the frame queue and doesn’t insert itself next to the frame I’ve duplicated, it only does that if I’ve allowed enough room. So to summarise it would be great to have:The ability to easily reorganise frames through the open frames navigation instead of moving them around manually. Having the choice to either duplicate and paste frame next to the duplicated frame or at the end of the frame queue. Many thanksCourtney
When working in a Kanban frame, it would be so great if it was possible to create a fixed color code for a column/swimlane, so your kanban cards change color depending on where in the Kanban they are. Right now, I am working in a Kanban where each column is defined by Risk level (Red, Yellow, Green). It would be SO great if the Kanban card automatically changed color from e.g. red to yellow when moving from one column to another (or even swimlane to swimlane).
Hi, I propose to add a “slow animation” option to the “Link to” option. Should be useful to show a progress, to better present the board and in many other use cases. In this video I just represent the desidered effect. How do you think?Cheers,Mauro
Currently it is only possible to receive a summary of all changes for all your boards. It would be great to have notifications for a specific board only. So, within the board the owner will be able to enable notification for any changes made to the board by anyone.
It would be useful to have a way to switch the placement of the toolbar on ipad so that it is on the right side, so that I can more easily view it and switch tools as a left-handed user.
I want to have dark mode for miro. Most of the other apps I use in my daily work offer that.
Hey Miro!To reduce the amount of other tools I need to use when creating a Miro Board it would be super cool if we could edit imported picture (jpeg, png, ...). Important would be:Flip pictures horizontally & vertically (so far it is only possible to turn them) Increase / reduce transparancy: This is particularly imporant because often pictures are used as a background. If colours are to intense for example they distract from working on top of them. Thanks for putting these incremental improvements on the list of your future changes! Keep up doing great work, I am a biig fan.
Extend Miro board to a presentations to not exporting and collaborating during the fancier team meetings.
Airtable Cards for Miro The Airtable cards feature should work like Azure, JIRA and Asana cards Examples of existing featuresAzure Cards – Miro Support & Help CenterJira Cards – Miro Support & Help CenterAsana Cards – Miro Support & Help Center
Do you ever found yourself between 2 colors for that icon, in a pair team you have a split decision, where to order food? Sometimes you cant decide, lets the chaos help. My suggestion is a simple input field where you write in a formula and send the result to the chat and the last result to a component ( sticker for example ) in the board. The most know randomizer formula come from RPG tabletop x D y +/- z x = number of attempts y = max number ( 1 to y ) z = value to increase ( + ) / reduce ( - ) from the total Example: 1d2 = One random number between 1 and 2 → Toss a coin ( to your witcher ) → Output: 1d2 ( 1 ) 1d6 = One random number between 1 and 6 → Simple die → Output: 1d6 ( 3 ) 2d6 = Two random numbers between 1 and 6 → Two simple dices → Output: 2d6 ( 4,5 ) = 9 1d100 + 10 = One random number between 1 and 100 plus 10 → Percent number plus 10 → Output: 1d100 + 10 ( 56 ) = 66
Hi ! New here :)I feel an option to add icons of various colors & shapes (not just emojis) , as well as a possibility to add custom tags or labels (similar to what you have with the sticky notes currently) would be a great addition to help organizing a mind map. (see example below)Adding a filter option to only show parts with specifics icons or labels would be great. The ability to quickly export the content of a mind map to another Miro document or in another format would also help. My team and I love using Miro because of the collaborative feature but the lack of those options for mind maps kind of forces us to use something else to take notes and organize our notes & ideas…
Hi, It would be very helpful if there was a way to measure the completion rate when using a kanban board in Miro. Currently it only counts total cards per sprint (aka column or swimlane), but if it could give a completion rate (done vs total cards) and/or also allow for different counts that would be great (eg count only DONE cards), as currently we need to go through and manually add them all up). ThanksKate
First of all, let me say that I love Miro. Miro is practically my everything 😊. However, dear Miro team -- please address this issue. We need more attention to detail rather than just more features! (As a business owner, these bugs are the reason I'm hesitating to purchase seats for my business, instead, I only bought miro for myself.)The main issue is: Whenever there are mixed spaces between Chinese, English symbols, or Emojis, Miro automatically breaks the line! This issue is incredibly frustrating. As a knowledge worker who teaches, I frequently need to copy and paste large amounts of content into my Miro board for study purposes. But once pasted, the content looks like this:If you fix this feature, I’ll have all my employees harness the power of Miro boards to achieve highly efficient knowledge co-creation. Our efficiency could triple! So, Miro team, you can imagine how disappointed I am being stuck with this issue 😭😭😭.Fix it, and I'll purchase seats immediately! 🙏 🙆♂️
I train groups. The additional steps take too much time. For me and for my students. Could you integrate the boards in Google Drive? (I was used to do that when I used Jamboard.)
Hello Miro :) While recording the talktrack on my board, I encountered situations that I just finish recording by clicking 'Stop', expecting that i can review the recording before publishing it. But actually STOP means that I 'Register' and I couldn't find the option of play the latest recording that i made, and the other than the play/stop button that i can resume or restart the recording which is a bit confusing. Maybe I didn't find the button - but it's not really obvious. I already made this mistake several times that i registered recordings without intentions then I end up deleting them, and sending several notifications to my collaborator which can be annoying. Could you please make a one more step to finish recording - review the recordings or compare - then register the recordings ? Thank you for all your work, as always :)
