As a Company Admin, I can navigate to All users > Deactivated users, and see the deactived user list. From here, I can search and re-activate or delete individual users. I can choose to bulk delete deactivated users, but only 50 at a time, and there aren’t any options for filtering.
For the ‘Deactivated users’ view, it would be great to have the same options presented when viewing ‘Active users’:
- View total deactivated users
- Export to CSV
- Filter
- Bulk select all based on filters
Additionally, it would be useful to ‘purge’ or bulk delete all deactivated users (either company users or guests).
In my environment, I’ve got probably around a thousand deactived users (that’s an estimate because there is no easy way to tell), some who were deactived as far back as 2018. Even though they’re deactivated, it still has their name and email. In order to comply with GDPR/DPA legislation, I need a way to easily delete this information when it’s no longer required.
