Having access to certain information and metadata would make it easier to administer Miro. Our organization has a large number of boards and there is no easy way for admins to be able to see how many boards are in each space, how many boards people own, how many users have created, and which boards are in use.
The Insights panel provides some information, but I would like to be able to export lists of boards that include key pieces of metadata, such as:
- What space boards are in
- Board owners
- Last modified date
- Created date
- Last opened date
- If a sharing link has been generated
I was able to hack together some of this information with the Audit logs, but now that you can’t access information from beyond 180 days ago, this would be more work than it already was.
I know some of this information is available already, but that is on a board by board basis and it would be helpful to access this all in a filterable list.
