The Miro frame insertion add-on in Confluence doesn't show the full name of the board, i.e. it gets cut off. That makes it challenging to know which board is the right one to embed.

I run brainstorms in Miro and have new users coming in all the time. They are usually not tech savvy and have challenges navigating. I’d love if I could set up the boards with blank posits and lock everything BUT the writing, so they can write, but not move, resize anything, just write their idea.
I would like to be able to customize the background and replace the lined-grid with a dotted-grid, like I have in notebooks. Changing the background color would be nice too.
In order to anonymize the notes that participants made on the board, so that no one - not even someone using a live camera - can tell which note is from whom, I would like to do the following:set the board into private mode (already works) let the people write their notes privately (already works) mix the privatly written notes on the boards randomly needed function! uncover the notes (already works)
As described in this question: Cannot lock a mind map, I would like to be able to lock mind maps easily.Generally I just need to lock the whole mind-map, e.g. when sharing the outcome of a workshop for any final contributions. Perhaps it would also make sense to be able to lock a node, and thereby lock all child nodes, but generally I find myself just needing to lock the whole thing.
Hi i would like to set once “french” as the default language parameter for all the new members. For now, each user have to go in their profile to make the change.this feature will avoid me to deal with lot of whinning messages “Au secours, je ne comprends pas !”thanks Bojan
An ideal feature would be once I tag sticky notes, that I can select one or more tags to highlight and still click into the board without the highlighting/ filtering going away. In Mural, I am able to select any number of tags I have created on my sticky notes so that they are highlighted while I move around the board. Miro has the ability to select one tag at a time to highlight, but also once I click back into the board the filtering/highlighting goes away.
Just imagine we could move a sticky note around the cluster just like how we can move a frame up or down the outline on the right side…Imagine the sticky notes move out of the way for each other just like the frames do…This would be a good replacement/alternative to the Walling app or xTiles…The Mural whiteboard app also has this type of functionality for their grid area feature when adding sticky notes inside it but it never works properly.
In implementation of our restaurant software, we are looking for a new and better way to quickly and easily create floorplans. I made a template for this, which works brilliantly. The only issue is that I cannot seem to find a way to export the frame to the size needed. Our program needs a PNG image from 900 x 480 pixels. If larger, it will force the image into the frame and quality is lost even.
HiI am a teacher and will greatly appreciate if the feature for disabling reactions is restored please.Your support in giving us the option for disabling reactions will be greatly appreciated. Some students continue to distract the class by playing with the reactions.Thank you for your consideration and supportBest wishesPriyanathan
Like in illustrator, I would like to be able to copy an object from one frame to another in the exact same location from the top left corner of the frame.
I’m really appreciating how Intelligent Widgets can bring order to a board, and simplify commonly used functionality in a facilitation setting. New users’ first interactions with Miro often involve ideating with sticky notes in a group setting. I wondered whether a dispenser of infinite stickies might simplify that experience (if the facilitator has provided a stack of blank notes, what do I do when they run out?).The most basic implementation of this could be a dispenser which shows a single sticky note. When the note is clicked and dragged, there’s already another in its place. I could imagine other versions where a random colour is generated, or a colour specified by an Editor. Maybe a size option, or just have the widget scaleable? I think it always makes sense to dispense a single sticky note, as if there were any customisation options then multiple instances could be dropped on the board and configured individually.
Hello,I’m a consultant Scrum master. I currently having access to 3 miro licencesMy own that I pay for myself One payed by the consultancy firm I work for One payed by the customer i work with So, I keep switching accounts, which delog me of the other boards i have open and that annoying. It’s happing at least 2 or 3 time per week, but some time, if it’s actif everywhere, it’s more then 20 times in a single day It would be awesome to be able to have like a master account that you can link to your different accountThe gain for us would be that we would only need to log to that master account that would have the access to all the board that the difference account have access. So, no more sign in sign off all the time As a example, SAP has it, so even when you change employer/client, you can still access the board
Three new handhelds have been announced at CES 2025 and we have their previous versions come out last year. So it would be nice if we had a dedicated app with could give facilitators and alike a new form factor to use Miro on. An app that optimized to run on smaller 8” gaming experience. Possible utilize the onboard GPUs more efficiently.
I see the integration between Rally + Miro as truly a step change in helping with defining work items in agile teams backlogs (Backlog Management v2.0). Business Agility or Enterprise Agility there is a lot of work done at the portfolio/program level backlogs. The current Rally + Miro Integration is just at the User Story/Defect level. If the integration could take advantage of creating/synchronizing a Miro Canvas with a Rally Portfolio Item (think Strategic Theme > Initiative > Capability > Feature) that would be tremendous for Divergent <> Convergent Thinking/Problem Solving/Strategic Thinking/Solution Design methods used to help define/refine items in the Portfolio/Program backlogs. Maybe the canvas represents the parent Portfolio Item/s (example Initiative/Epic), and cards could have the option to become a child Portfolio Item (i.e. Feature etc.) too.
I wish there was an option to lock the text without locking the entire object. Stickies need to be moved, but the sticky’s text should be protected from accidental edits.A lot of our stickies contain critical ideas and information. We use large boards with many stickies. Occasionally, stickies will be edited on accident -- often someone will accidentally select a sticky then use the “n” shortcut to create a new sticky, but instead replaced the selected sticky’s text with the letter “n” on them.I am always slightly panicked with I see stickies that just show an “n.” I would not be panicked if each sticky had version control -- similar to Google Sheets’ “Show Edit History” tool.
It can be alarming to discover that the text within a shape or sticky was accidentally delete or altered. Currently, there is no way to see edit history. I wish there was a feature similar to Google Sheets’ “Show Edit History” tool.ExampleThis feature “Show Edit History” would be listed under the three dots “...” and look something like this:User: [User]Timestamp: [YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM AM/PM]Activity:Added [text] Deleted [text] Replaced [previous text] with [new text]
