Allow a global preference to dock the popup that shows up when you select something. Sometimes I need to change fonts or text based on something above my selected object, but its being covered by the pop up. Please please please make it an option to dock this pop up at the bottom.

When moving quickly the floating menu bar is ALWAYS in the way - extremely annoying. Being able to just dock it to a fixed location would be a powerful option
