    Adding folders or "Sections" in "Space" LevelOpen

    I have a  “Space” for an area of our department but there can be multiple projects inside that space that I need to organize into folders. I’m going to be adding quite a lot of boards in here over time so they need to stay organized by project. I read about Sections, but I believe they are within one board, which also does not help me. There is no option at this level to add sections that I could find.

    Miro’s design is impressive, but there’s a unique feature missing—not just in Miro, but in most design systems. Imagine if Miro could support nested, interactive layers. Each layer would represent a different level of detail, allowing users to zoom in or out by clicking on elements.For example, you could start at a high level—a CEO’s overview of a car, highlighting key features like four seats and a top speed. Then, by clicking on the engine, you’d enter a new layer where a mechanical engineer could dive into technical details of parts of engine how it works. This approach would enable seamless collaboration across disciplines and support both big-picture thinking and granular, specialized discussions—all within a single, connected workspace.

    Allow Wireframe Elements to be Connect to StickiesOpen

    I would like to be able to connect elements inside the Prototyping to Sticky notes outside.For many years, we have bee creating a small circles just to be able to place it on top of elements and be able to connect to the sticky notes as a workaround.

    Timeline templates - Milestone improvementsOpen

    I like your new timeline templates. However, the most basic feature of a timeline is the milestone element - an area which I think Miro is lakcing right now.Two quick suggestions on this:The “Groups” component is useful, but why exclude “Milestones” from it? As part of a delivery “Group”, I’d like to include work/task items, as well as “Milestones” Allow users to drag and drop milestones

    Wish: The ability to human correct Subtitles on TalktracksOpen

    Subtitles on Talktracks can’t currently be corrected.  Having human corrected subtitles is essential to our organisation which makes the Talktracks feature a bit redundant for us.  It would be amazing if this could be added.

    Differentiate between Epics & Stories when importing JIRA issuesExisting Feature (closed)

    Currently when JIRA issues are imported into a Miro board, the formatting of the created cards does not differentiate between Epics and Stories without manual intervention by the board owner. It would be nice to see a different card “type” be used for different issue “types” so that a board is immediately usable upon bulk card import.

    Extra features inside cardsDuplicate Idea (closed)

    We use Jira as our product backlog and sprint handling.We love the integration that occurs with Miro/Jira cards and it allowed us to set up a Kanban board where the client could submit their own ideas without having to add ideas/questions in Jira directly.Our client often uses screenshots and images to clarify their requirements / questions. Sadly at this point we can't add images within Miro Cards.  On top, having comments inside of cards, or at least the option to segment descriptions based on time-stamps would really be helpful as well. Right now we're just adding a manual timestamp/datestamp to each comment in the description.

    Timeline | Conversion of entries into cardsDelivered

    As already suggested here - but in a bundle: the entries in the timeline (work package) should either be Miro cards or be able to be converted into such and consequently into Jira cards.In my view, this is essential to ensure a consistent usage paradigm for Miro.Note: Within our company, the timeline feature is perceived as “sexy”, but is unfortunately useless as we manage tasks etc. in Jira cards.

    I would love to see a plugin/app that focuses on presenting a visually stunning timeline roadmap from epics from Jira. Some great features would be: Jira cards betters suited visually for a timeline roadmap (showing only Title or showing Title and Percent Complete) Segmenting the timelines headers and subheaders by selected Jira fields

    Drop Jira cards onto new roadmap templateDelivered

    I’m really liking the new roadmap template that’s recently been released. My company use the Jira integration’s Jira cards to map timelines etc especially for our PI Planning. However, it appears that only standard Miro cards can be dropped on to the timeline and not the Jira cards. This reduces the usefulness of the new template.It would be really great if the Jira cards could be dropped onto the timeline soon.

    Interact JIRA project board with Miro boardDelivered

    Is it possible to have a way to synchronise a Miro Kanban Framework with a JIRA board ?For exemple, if I had a JIRA card placed at the same time in Doing column in my Miro Kanban Framework and my JIRA board and I wanted to move it in Done column in my Miro Kandan Framework, I would like it moves it in the same column in my JIRA board.

    Master Frame/linked frames or Embed a Frame in a Frame (for consistent updates across time)Delivered

    I want the ability to create a “master frame” and duplicate it visually while maintaining updates universally.So, for example, I make a “goal setting” frame with some content initially, and then for each weekly meeting I can make a “weekly meeting” frame and within that weekly meeting can essentially embed the “goal setting” frame, so we can review and update the content week to week, while using an updated standard agenda, and the “goal setting” “master frame” is always up to date.this could also be made to work across boards so you could have “master” content on frames somewhere on a private board, but then on the shared board see and update the “master” content.

    Jira Full ParityClosed

    Miro is perfect for sprint planning virtually.  However, everything needs to go to Jira and needs to be updated back to Miro for the next sprint planning session.  It would be great if Miro could, not only, show the ticket status, but have full parity between the two.  Ticket labels, comments, etc…. all fields are mirrored in Miro for specific boards in Jira. Some teams have different boards in the same project and you wouldn’t want this intertwined.   Support subtasks as they are created in Jira to mirror into Miro.  Moreover, support tasks created in Jira mirroring into Miro.   I understand you can’t move cards around as they do in Jira Kanban so the status of “Done” or “Ready to Work” can do but they are not synced.  It takes hours at times to sync up.

It would help me get an overview quickly as I want to use them for a UR timeline.     Stickys Capture Moved to Mobile Only - WTF?Open

    I rely on Miro’s Stickies Capture for digitizing notes after workshops. I recently discovered it no longer works through the browser, despite being available in the past. As a Business Plan user, I find it frustrating this change wasn't clearly communicated. Please bring back browser support or provide better cross-platform consistency.  This way I can upload a jpeg file and then correct  the sticky capture on the laptop and not the phone.  Who else is annoyed?

    Word count information display for selections of objectsOpen

    When using Miro to brainstorm for writing projects with specific word count constraints, I create sections of text as separate objects and then link them together and move them around on the whiteboard.I can copy text from selections of objects in Miro into another tool that provides a word count feature, but it would be even more useful if I could get that information directly inside of Miro.Were I to imagine an interface for this feature, it would be this: in the ‘...’ drop-down menu that appears in the context menu for a selection, a ‘Character & Word Count’ button would be visible if any of the selected objects contain text. Selecting that button would open a popup window that displays character & word count information for the selection. Additionally displaying those statistics for the entire board would be nice if that would not be too much of a computational strain.

    lock content with confluence embed function and show only intended frameOpen

    Process/delivery metrics reportingOpen

    Please add the ability to build custom reports where I can define my own task metrics such as lead time, percentage of reopened tasks, and percentage of tasks completed on time. The feature should also allow configuring a dashboard with visualizations like timelines, pie charts, and other chart types to help analyze and monitor workflow performance.

    There is a very limited number of fonts that can be added to the brand center.Unfortunately, our enterprise account breaks into a lot of teams and each team has their own font preferences based on their brands. We’d love to be able to add more fonts to Miro.
