What I am basically looking for is the same functionality as MS Teams does when you add someone to an action.
Teams trigger reminders on a certain frequency (I believe every week or so) this is something our department is very used to.
I know comments are available to tag someone in a similar way, however, if the action is not completed after awhile, there is no reminder being sent. I would like there to be another email trigger to this person to check that action (or that comment they were tagged in)
Ideally, I would like an email trigger without having to use a comment. Only @someone anywhere in the board, would be great.
