    Ability to hide Frame title and borderOpen

    Frames are fantastic tool to help users focus and navigate between specific areas of a large Miro board.Howevever. their titles and frames often distract users and detract from the visual esthetic of the Miro board. Miro already allows the ability to set the fill color of Frames to transparent/no color.     Limit Team Admin permissions to user management only (Enterprise)Open

    Dear Miro Team 👋we have a major wish regarding team admin permissions on the Enterprise plan.Currently, Team Admins can edit team settings, which leads to recurring issues, as company-defined configurations are changed locally instead of being governed centrally.From an Enterprise perspective, we would like a clear separation of responsibilities: Company Admins retain full control over team settings and governance. Team Admins are limited to user management within their own team (e.g. adding or removing members). What we explicitly want to avoid is granting Team Admins access to the Admin Console or broader admin roles.It would therefore be extremely valuable to remove or restrict the “Edit team settings” permission for Team Admins, keeping their role focused on local team user management only.This would significantly improve governance, consistency, and reduce unintended configuration changes.Best regards

    Work with PDF'sOpen

    In the construction industry, PDFs are the core format for exchanging information, which makes reading and reviewing PDF documents one of the most important and routine tasks in project management. PDFs are a huge part of everyday work, whether for drawings or documents. The ability to upload documents into Miro and add comments there is great, but unfortunately it is not enough.Not everyone uses Miro. For Miro to be a truly functional tool in this context, it is essential that the results created in Miro can be easily viewed and used by people who do not work with Miro. I love Miro and creating results with it is remarkable. But its somehow hard to export those things created on the Board. Miro ist great at improting it all on one board and create an overview and bringing it all together and i use it everyday for that. But it somehow can feels like the results are “traped” on the board. It would be extremely helpful if I could upload a PDF into Miro, edit it there, add my comments or sketches and so on and then export the edited PDF again with one click. Just like any other PDF Editor.There are some workarounds, such as creating a frame for each page and then recombining the individual pages externally, but this is far too cumbersome to be practical in everyday work, there things results need to be archived and distributed quickly. It would be much more useful if I could export the annotated PDF with a single click and send or archive it directly. This would make it much easier to create results, share insights and information.

    Sidekicks do not support creating connector lines between objects from prompts.Sidekick: “I can't create connector lines between objects—it's not in my current toolset. I can only create sticky notes, diagrams, mind maps, tables, prototypes, slides, documents, and images.”Prompt: Create a sticky note with text “Feature” and a sticky note with text “Benefit” and join with a connector line.Please add Connector Lines to the Sidekick Toolset to unlock many use cases.PS. Submitted as Other so I suggest you add Sidekicks, Flows and Prototypes to the Product Area list for future submissions. 😊

    Microsoft Stream / SharePoint VideosOpen

    Please make a specific app connector for video content stored on Microsoft Stream / SharePoint. Or improve the iFrame embed app to support Stream content better.It is currently possible to embed videos using a Microsoft Stream iFrame, but there is no thumbnail, and the frame is neither re-sizeable and doesn’t match the aspect ratio of the video file.At an absolute minimum please change the default aspect ration for an iFrame to 16:9 rather than the current 20:9 or whatever it is.

    Improved Line JumpsOpen

    In a complex diagram with many jumps, layering the lines correctly to get consistent looking jump points becomes a challenge. I would like the option to control each line jump point and choose which line jumps at that specific jump point instead of relying on which line is backward or forward.

    Bulk board ownership transferOpen

    I am leaving my company today and spending so much time transferring ownership of my boards., one at a time.This is crazy!   If I don’t transfer one years worth of boards, they will be lost to the organization.  These are valuable boards that need to remain with the organization.Rules should be created where team boards are owned by the team not specific individuals.To accommodate people who want to create personal boards, then allow private ownership.

    Lock Miro Frame in Confluence embed for diagrammingOpen

    Our team would like to use Miro to diagram flows. Compared to Draw.io, when embedded, the entire workflow is displayed. On Miro, the feature allows a user to zoom in and out; I’d like an option to disable zoom and scroll from the frame so a user will only see the intended frame.

    Hi Miro Team,I just wanted to share how much I appreciate Miro. The experience is incredibly smooth, beautiful, and it truly helps me get things done efficiently. It’s a brilliant tool!I have one small suggestion to make it even better for graphic tablet users: Pressure Sensitivity (Ink Mode). It would be amazing if the pen tool could detect pressure, making the lines thicker or thinner based on how hard I press.Thank you for your intelligence and for offering such great value in both your free and paid plans. Keep up the great work!

    Disable keyboard shortcuts by default (with option to switch on for pro users)Open

    Hi Miro team & community!I frequently observe the following issue with non-pro Miro users in my workshops:Workshop participants are asked to put text on empty sticky notes that are already prepared on the board. Now participants select the sticky note and start typing. Because Miro does recognize their text entry as them using keyboard shortcuts, participants end up adding objects to the board instead of writing text (e.g. trying to type “slow”, Miro will take the S as shortcut for the shape tool and the L as shortcut for the connection line tool, and participants end adding shapes or lines).While participants might have felt a little uneasy with the tool when starting, now they are completely lost with what to do. To make things worse, of course all other workshop participants can see their cursor and that they are not managing to put text on a sticky. Try to remember that feeling when you had your laptop connected to the beamer already and didn’t manage to set up your presentation, while the whole audience is watching you trying to figure out how it works. Not a feeling you want to create for your workshop participants.So could we please have keyboard shortcuts off by default, with an option to switch them on?As a side note, I consider myself a Miro pro user in the meantime, and it regularly happens to me as well that Miro does not register my double-click, so I end up creating odd stuff on the board instead of entering text. But at least I know how to clean it up afterwards. RegardsJens

    I am excited to see a Table widget! I know it is in Beta, but I immediately ran into a limitation which made it unusable for me:Bulleting/Outline formatting does not work within the "Description" field/cell.

    Dear Miro team, I am working a lot with tables and to be able to efficiently assign tasks to different owners, it would be great to be able to drag and drop the people out of the people widget into a column in a table, which I have set to field type “person” or “assignee” (like it is possible for simple task items outside of tables).This would save a lot of time in assigning owners. Best wishes,Sophie

    IssueUsers at my company make LARGE Miro boards. This can be hard to navigate. When you have clusters of items at a 10,000 foot view, you can’t tell what you’re looking at because everything is too small. If you make things large enough to read at this zoom out level, they’re obnoxiously large at a working level.Proposed SolutionMake (what I call) Town Markers that are the same size in the view port at any zoom level. At maximum zoom? No prob, there’s “Work_1-ville” in the middle of your workspace taking up a mere 3% of the view. At max zoom-out? It’s still there at 3%. Readable, along with all the other major areas of work.Just like on a map. Now, I can find where I want to be without zooming in and out over and over again or organizing my work to spell out what I’m working on. If you make the marker size adjustable, you can indicate “boroughs/districts/sub-work areas”, too. Does this already exist and I can’t find it? Seems like it’d have to, but I couldn't find it.

    Transform mind map nodes to other objectsOpen

    The idea is simple: A mind map node could be converted into a Sticky Note, Card, Shape, or Text.Use CaseA mind map is used during a brainstorming session One or more of the nodes will be actioned on The nodes could be copied and then converted into a Card for placement in a Kanban framework (and likely converted to a Jira issue using the Jira Cards app).Previously, @Yash‘s Cardsy web-plugin could duplicate a mind map node to a Card - this was brilliant and did exactly what I am trying to accomplish right now! Unfortunately, when Web SDK 2.0 was released, it broke mind map support in Cardsy as 2.0 does not currently support CRUD for mind maps.ImplementationAdd Mind Maps to the Switch Type action. If this was in place, I could duplicate a mind map node and then switch it to a Card.--@Yash: I did notice that CRUD MindMap has been marked IN PROGRESS in the Miro Developer Platform Roadmap, so let’s hope it is implemented soon!

    Feature Request - Multiple Milestones on Timeline WidgetOpen

    Hello Miro Team,I am writing to request the ability to add multiple milestones to the same date on the Timeline widget. Currently, milestones span across all records, and we are limited in how we place them.I envision a few ways this could be implemented: Option A (Preferred): Make milestones movable objects (like records). This would allow users to drag milestones vertically (up and down) to place them inside specific lanes. This helps visualize exactly when a milestone was reached relative to specific tasks. Option B: Allow multiple unique milestones to be stacked at the top of the timeline on the same date. Option C (Workaround): If the above options are technically difficult, please enable multi-line text support for milestone labels so we can list multiple events on one marker.

    Roadmap Planning Template - Sync colors between Timeline and Table viewOpen

    Consider adding a way to reflect item colors, which indicate the owning project, in the table view. This would help reduce duplicate work when assigning colors/projects in both the Timeline and Table views and prevent inconsistencies between the two.

    As a Agile Coach who facilitates workshops, meetings, and runs training sessions I want flippable cards, where text, backgrounds, images, etc. are editable on each side independently so that I can simulate playing cards, flash cards, index cards, planning poker, delegation poker, moving motivators, etc. cards This could also be beneficial for people looking to run other types of games in Miro as well   MVP: can create a flippable card can customize each side can ‘play’ card one direction and then flip it to see the other side   Large Feature AC: easily create multiple cards of the same size and shape  ability to create set of cards with one side (the ‘back’ of the card) the same text/image/etc. cards can be organized into ‘decks’ or ‘packs’ cards can be ‘shuffled’ cards can be dealt face down or face up ability to look at ‘private hand’ of the cards and sort, organize, etc

    Focus Mode in MobileOpen

    Opened the mobile app the other day to log a quick series of thoughts I had. Wanted to throw out there that I think adding focus mode to the app would be really helpful and much less clunky, especially when I’m using a Bluetooth keyboard, or just jotting down some quick thoughts.

    Add a Jira card as a sub record into TimelineOpen

    The ability to add Jira’s into a timeline is great, as Miro gives a much better timeline visual than the Jira timeline or advanced roadmap timeline. However, the fact you can’t make the Jira cards sub records makes the functionality a lot less usable. This is a similar request to the wish list item raised at https://community.miro.com/ideas/timeline-jira-cards-group-by-parent-link-hierarchy-23725. The additional requirement, is that I like to break work down into goals, then intiatives, then epics and stories. I want the goal to live in Miro and then sub initiatives, epics and stories to be added in the timeline.

    Rearrange Frames (for PDF Export) in the Frames Sidebar does not exist anymoreOpen

    Previously, I was able to automatically re-order the frames with a few clicks (option “Re-Arrange Frames” in the Three Bullet Menu within the Frames Sidebar). Since some time, this option is vanished.I absolutely need the automatic frame resorting to have a well-defined structure (which I then also can export to PDF). Please:Give us back the “re-arrange Frames” functionality. Make sure that the Board PDF export is following the order of the Frames in the Frames sidebar.Thank you!
